L'hôtel Turquoise s'est occupé du service de prise en charge au comptoir C11 de l'aéroport de Malé. À ce moment-là, il n'y avait pas de personnel au comptoir. J'ai contacté le service client de Ctrip pour aider à contacter le personnel de l'hôtel afin de venir chercher l'aéroport. Xiao Hei au Le bureau de service à côté de lui était également très enthousiaste et a aidé à passer un appel. La chambre d'hôtel n'était pas disponible. Elle est grande. C'est suffisant pour aller sur l'île pendant la nuit. Le café du petit déjeuner est délicieux et la vue sur la mer à côté est très beau. Il suffit de prendre une photo et ce n'est qu'un fond d'écran. N'oubliez pas de ne pas porter de bikini. Les pays islamiques respectent toujours les coutumes locales. Il n'y a aucune restriction sur les îles de villégiature. Il y a un chaton à l'entrée de l'hôtel qui peut attraper des souris

Bel endroit où séjourner. Accès facile partout. Le personnel très serviable et l'hôtel ont même fourni un transport gratuit vers la jetée / les terminaux. Le petit déjeuner aussi très bon

Dans l'ensemble, bon emplacement, mais le personnel a d'abord essayé de s'adapter dans une chambre plus petite avec 2 lits simples par rapport à la demande initiale, mais plus tard, ils se sont ajustés.

J'ai le nez sensible et j'ai besoin d'aération dans la chambre, j'ai donc séjourné dans une chambre avec balcon au dernier étage ! C'est juste que la petite salle de bain sent bon, tout le reste va bien

Basic room  Basic service Encouraged to eat in restaurant downstairs, pressured to be precise. There restaurant and everything we wanted to order was “not available” so everyone in restaurant eating the same thing. Pathetic actually. Breakfast no vegetarian options even though this was very clear.  Lack of soap in bathroom Shower very weak Internet was awful kept disconnecting after ten minutes then you had to keep inputting a ridiculous long password to use again. No not our phone setting. It’s their set up. Stupid.

I do not know who wrote positive reviews about this hotel, but this is a lie! This is the worst hotel in my life! You will feel a terrible stench throughout the hotel, on the stairs, in the corridors, and especially in the room the smell of sewage and old, dirty bed linen. Look at the photos of the pillow and other things! They post photos from a room with an ocean view - it's a lie. The ocean will not be visible in any of their dirty windows. The hotel is located in a very dirty alley, although close to the waterfront. Did someone praise the breakfast here? Look at the photo! That's all they offer for breakfast. It's scary to touch it, not what eat this! Look at the shower photo! There is nothing in the bathroom, no soap, no shampoo, not even a single hook to hang a towel. There is also one towel, an old one with a nasty smell. And all this for more than 50 USD per day!!! Avoid this hotel! The health services should close this hotel as soon as possible!

Kind staff but poor room…very old and no amenities

Nice comfy bed and nearby good restaurants and all . Right next to beach which is very nice and staff very friendly as well

The room was good. Very clean and comfortable. The shower drained well. The sheets and bed were OK. The problem was that the shower water temperature was not stable and there was no hook for the shower head, so I couldn't wash my head with both hands. The hot water sometimes came out and sometimes didn't depending on the timing. It would be helpful if they provided a service such as an adapter for overseas electrical plugs. The biggest problem was the attitude of the staff! Very bad. There was no support for carrying luggage, and when I asked, they just ran away. The man at the front desk did not think that his job was to serve customers. Communication would have gone well if he had explained things slowly and calmly, but he got angry and confrontational, his language was rough, and it was extremely unpleasant. It is very important to improve for your sake. I think they should receive hospitality training.

Despite the staff trying to be attentive, we were changed to another hotel nearby and it haven't had a good instalation

The staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked two rooms for two nights but when we arrived the hotel said that have a room for only one night. They sent us to a different hotel across the road and told us they will sort the issue next day. The room was fine but the bathroom had a leaking tap. We had to change our trip plans as we had to checkout from the first hotel following day in order to check in at the original hotel we booked. The hotel staff was helpful and the breakfast was okay.

Good service. Simple. Easy. Good transfers for a pre stop accom.
