Hull North

The room was unbelievably hot due to being on the top floor. The minimal gap in the window allowed a small amount of air to circulate. The fan was inadequate, broken and made a clicking noise on every rotation. Unfortunately it was a very warm weekend, but the hotel doesn't have air con? There was about 10-15 children running wild throughout the day ans until atleast 2am in the morning. Knocking doors and running away. This was discussed with the receptionist and she explained there was a boxing event and she had asked parents to controll their children. Not tbe greatest of attitudes toward the situation.

Once again, we had a great stay at Hull North. The hotel is ideally located for visiting family. It’s very comfortable, plenty of parking (which is free to hotel guests), everything was tidy and in working order and has great bus links. The food in the Beefeater was well cooked, with everything available. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay so good: To Lauren, for allocating us the same room that we stayed in last time; To Lorraine & Addy on Reception for helping with our requests for a sheet, extra towels & so on and for sorting out our shareholder breakfasts; To all the staff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, we enjoyed some great meals & great service; To every member of staff that we came in contact with.

I don’t like giving negative reviews but feel it’s probably needed. Firstly, our room was tired. Not at the usual PI standard. Breakfast wasn’t upto the usual standard also. Plenty of choice but the cooked breakfast wasn’t great on both mornings. We couldn’t be seated for dinner one evening so went across to Riva Blu which was blooming lovely! Lastly, the service at the bar area was bordering on comical and wasn’t busy at all whilst we were there. Serving people took forever and no order in who was being served- there were only 2-3 stood waiting…for a long time. Car park with litter in the surroundings. We come to this hotel 1-2 a year but may have a rethink.

Lovely clean place staff very friendly breakfast very nice slept very well location is good lovely retail Park pub on site meals all day too 😀 pricing good too also cinema bowling and loads of eating places near by. Walking distance too also free parking ideal

Me and my coworker Si checked into Premier Inn North Hull expecting just a bed and a kettle. What we got? A transcendent experience. Check-in was smoother than my coworker's dance moves at the Christmas party (and that's saying something). We were in our room faster than you can say “Where’s the Wi-Fi password?”; which, by the way, is gloriously free. The room? Chef’s kiss. Beds so comfy we considered skipping our meetings and declaring the room our new office. Towels? Fluffier than a sheep on a cloud. Lighting? Dramatic enough for an amateur theatre production. 10/10 would rehearse Hamlet in the mirror again. Now the real MVP? The bar and restaurant. Absolute legends work there. Darcey and Jess deserve medals, trophies, and possibly a parade (xxx). Attentive, accommodating, and somehow always there with a smile and another round just when you needed it. We weren’t sure if they were reading our minds or just had some sixth sense for when someone needed chips and a nice desert. Either way.....superpowers confirmed. We laughed, we feasted, we contemplated asking for a loyalty card that just says “We practically live here now.” TL;DR: If you want a comfy stay with excellent vibes, outstanding staff, and a bar that feels like your local after one drink—this is your spot. Unbelievably good value hotel with friendly staff. Spacious room and really quiet. Comfortable bed and good wifi. We had a really nice meal at the Beefeater attached on arrival and the breakfast was also really good. Best Premier Inn I've stayed at.
