L'hôtel est très basique, mais il est propre et confortable et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un court séjour. Les chambres sont de taille décente avec lits confortables, TV, sèche-cheveux, Kettle & Tea, café et fournitures de lait. Vous pouvez également avoir quelques serviettes mais si vous demandez à la réception si vous avez besoin de quelque chose d'autre, elles sont belles et heureuses de vous accueillir. La dame qui était à la réception au moment de notre séjour d'une nuit était magnifique, elle nous a reçu des pièges supplémentaires, nous a donné un chargeur de téléphone à emprunter et nous nous assis et a bu un verre dans le bar de réception. Le centre-ville de l'hôtel est situé à Hull et à Humberside. Il y avait des travaux routiers sur Hull et il était très difficile d'entrer si vous ne connaissiez pas la zone. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient confortables et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et était un délicieux buffet avec options cuisines. Le parking était très facile dans le multistory joint, pour lequel il y a un rabais via l'hôtel qui fonctionnait bien en logistique de quitter le parking et était de 7 livres par jour qui était acceptable pour le centre-ville. Le personnel de la réception est très agréable et très agréable.

J'ai été ici quelques fois maintenant. Et toujours laissé heureux. Chambres agréables et propres et confortables. Le personnel est très ami et utile. La dernière visite nous n'avons été que pour le petit déjeuner mais nous avons pris pour cette raison très. C'est un bon repas pour un prix bas. Délicieuse et large sélection. L'hôtel dans l'ensemble se sent bien, Hull est le premier choix, le prix est légèrement plus cher que les autres hôtels. Le manque de services, en particulier les services de chambre et de réception, doivent être améliorés. .

La chambre était grande, avec un canapé, un bureau et une chaise, plein d'espace de garde-robe, un grand lit, assez propre et surveillant la marine. Mais, il est en grande nécessité d'une rénovation complète. Nous avons remarqué des choses. La salle de bain n'était pas bonne, une douche de vieille mode qui était difficile à utiliser parce que les contrôles étaient très rigides. La chambre était très antique et il y avait un système de chauffage et de climatisation qui fonctionnait, mais qui était très bruyant. Le siège du bureau était une honte, une pelle de brevet qui avait sorti dans de nombreux endroits. Il est très bon pour la marine et tous les restaurants, mais jusqu'à ce qu'ils fassent quelque chose sur les chambres, non, probablement pas.

Il est très bon pour vous, vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Les lits sont très confortables, mais après avoir séjourné ici plus de fois que je ne me souviens, la qualité du lit est généralement mauvaise (tornée / broyée, etc.) et la propreté des chambres peut être extrêmement questionable à certains moments. I was just disappointed of the initial checkin as I got in my room my request was never made. Very simple. I ask the 2 single beds to be combined to make it bigger. But nope. The late checkouts despite of willing to pay extra was just as it is. I could pay an extra night if I have to if they said so but no. We were from night shift of work and finished at 7 am that we got to the hotel at 7:30 and after breakfast few minutes of rest then we slept off. We got a call at 11 telling us about the checkout and told them I have already asked for the late checkout for extra charges but its only for 2 hours. Nothing more. The attendant started banging the door telling us to checkout as she needed to changed the sheets and so on and so for. We find it really rude.

Unsure where to even start, terrible room all round. I can honestly say I've stayed in cleaner, more comfortable hostels. The bed was an old basic divan and the mattress was no better than a 4 inch thick sofa cushion. Think Argos budget line. The room was very cold and the radiator didn't work but they had kindly supplied a filthy plug in oil heater which wasn't much use due to the size of the room and the only plug sockets being at the opposite end to the bed. Ended up moving the bed to the other end of the room to be near the heater. There was also a dirty fan for the warmer months to make up for the lack of air conditioning. The power switched off at some point in the night and had to be restarted with the room key card so the room was cold again on waking. Bathroom fittings were dated and rusty with rust stains down the walls in places and the bathwater was lukewarm on the highest temperature setting. Quickest bath of my life as the cold room made the tepid water cold in the time it took to wash my hair. The light above the bathroom mirror was cracked and repaired with sellotape. Not much of a problem but the TV was tiny and touching the ceiling so very uncomfortable to watch. Dirty skirting boards and splashes up the walls in places, dust bunnies under the bed, hairy taps,one hanger in the wardrobe, paint on the curtains and to top it all off no spoon to stir the tea and coffee with. The room in general was shabby and tired and doesn't look to have been updated in many years. The only saving graces were the proximity to the station, free WiFi and clean sheets.

Bad: The towels provided were pretty small. Quite a few marks and scuffs around on walls and furniture. Unclear where to collect door card from, went from the car park to the room, back down to 'reception' and back to the room. Quite a few messages back and forth before check in and forms to complete. No information about when you can enter and leave the car park. Had a few problems with the website and entering information and making payments. Was just an added stress when attending for a funeral unfortunately. Would have been nice to have some fresh milk and more coffee. (But then again I do have a 2 month old!) Didn't have access to use the online key card until 3pm unfortunately, so had to get the cards. Coasters would be great, as the coffee table is glass and I was worried about putting down mugs and glasses. The room was lovely and a great size. Lovely little touches made it a comfortable stay. Large mirrors, plenty or storage, dining table and kitchen. Very large and comfortable bed. Blackout curtains were amazing! Lovely to have netflix etc on the TV. Easy to order deliveroo too!
