Our 15th anniversary stay at the Falaknuma palace was a delightful affair in every which way! Right from the arrival at the buggy to the check in at the palace, the historical tour of the palace, to the mesmerizing sufi musical evenings, to the warmest attention at mealtimes....the amazing breakfasts with sparkling wine and extraordinary dinners with stars for company both over head and under feet....every moment spent here was sprinked with magic dust! Special thanks to the most amazing staff who made our stay a super special and memorable affair! Nasir ji, Pritha, Santosh, Jwala, Aditya and others at the F&B, Neil at the lobby, Kailash ji at the pool, Srikanth ji at the clock tower, the buggy riders, the team of musicians for the sufi Qawwali and the flutist sir....big thank you to all of you for all your small and big gestures for making our holiday an affair to remember and cherish always! Big big thanks to KV Rao sir for being so super patient with me for my photography requests! He the *** you need to seek out ....to take some of the most amazing pics of a memorable holiday! We might just have to return for a stay at the Falaknuma soon again just to get him to click some more of our family portraits! Thank you so much once again Rao sir! Cant wait to be back again soon!

We love this place and it really is heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are spoilt. I love the gym as need it with all the fantastic food and my husband always has the warrior massage. The palace tour is always interesting. My Birthday was one to remember with our fabulous room. Can't wait to be back.

Taj staff was amazing and accommodated every wish. The luxurious amenities, courteous staff and activities were incredible experience for us. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Hyderabad. The qawwalis, food and walk around the property are my favorite takeaways.

It was luxurious 24 hrs we spent at the property. Worth every penny! Excellent food, room, overall experience was amazing. Highly recommended. Hospitality is the best we have experienced so far. We are local in Hyderabad but still would prefer to have another staycation at the palace soon

A surreal experience! You forget who you are. The ambience, the beauty, The architecture, the food and the qawwali.... just out of the world. It was our wedding anniversary and they made our time as the most ro***tic, surreal experience! One should visit to experience the best!

We were privileged to be guests of the Taj Falaknuma Palace for three nights and were welcomed by the staff with a service orientation, friendliness and attentiveness that is hard to beat. Arrival by horse-drawn carriage in front of the palace, reception with Indian sparkling wine in a historic library, briefing in a charming room with garden view that left nothing to be desired. Both of the Palace's restaurants offer outstanding cuisine. The breakfast buffet in the morning left nothing to be desired with three live cooking stations. The live entertainment by musicians in the evening in the garden as well as palace tours and tea ceremony gave us the feeling of being the center of interest and attention of the hotel staff at all times. The following staff looked after our well-being in the most pleasant way: SAROJ (Restaurant) MOUNKA (Monika, Wellness), VAIBHAV (apprentice), GEETAH (apprentice), Aabid SHAIK (Duty ***ager)

I visited Taj Falaknuma with my two kids and I have to say, my trip was beyond amazing and most of all comfortable. Jahangir at the clock tower and Sunaina at the palace for welcome certainly set the tone of the vacation. Nilesh at the restaurant was very considerate each time my toddler wanted something, he was always serving us with a big smile. There was a chef whose name I am unable to recall made my baby's food with such love and care. The guard at the pool saw that the entire fam was in the pool and himself offered to take pictures of us. Whenever we called the palace services, they ensured all our needs were met, there were no delays. Harsh at the front office took us for a small palace tour as we missed the one scheduled without any reluctance and very patiently answered each and every query my toddler had. And how could I forget the housekeeping team, what great attention to detail. Thank you so much team Falaknuma, if this is how you treat your guests each time, then there are no two ways about people coming back in a spurt not for the grandeur of the palace but for the warmth of the staff.
