Lovely pool area no issues with sunbeds. Rooms good size and kept clean . Friendly host welcomed us would definitely stay again. Close to centre and beach area so access to shopping, bars, restraunts very easy. Although a little set back meant you also didn't hear all the noise from the nearby bars..

First time staying at these apar**ents and already booked for next year. Excellent location large spacious room which was spotlessly clean.Under new ownership this year Zafer and his wife were always helpful and pleasant cleaner did an amazing job. The apar**ents are close to beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby but there is no noise problem. The apar**ents block also has a lift and walk in pool which is a real help for customers with mobility issues. Looking forward to September 2024 thank you Zafer and family

We have stayed at the Ecem apar**ents many times this was the first time with the new owner Zafa and his family who were a pleasure to meet. The apar**ents are light bright and airy lots of storage good size rooms and a good size balcony . Well located a few minutes to the beach and center but far enough away so’s not to be disturbed at night. Zafa was a good host no pressure to eat and drink there more suitable for adults a very relaxed a**osphere we will be returning very soon

Great little apar**ents, friendly and no hassle. Cleaner came in most days and was helpful. Lovely pool and no issues with finding a sunbed. Excellent location close to everything but also far away to still be tranquil. Bar prices fair but didn't sample the food whilst there ( ran out of time). Would return and would recommend, good value for money..

The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the sea and canal with plenty of restaurants but is in a quiet area so no noise at night. The apar**ents are very big. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool is great with a bar and very friendly staff. The owner is a great guy who cares about what he does.

Arrived late last night after one of the most rapid transfers from Dalaman. Must have been about 1:20. Not sure if a new smooth Road is now open or we had Lewis Hamilton at the wheel. So far we have had some lovely first hours with the new owners of the Ecem apar**ents and his family. The family took up ownership ready for this summer and so are in their first season. What an absolute lovely family and their back story is inspiring yet at the same time distressing having fled from the war in Ukraine. The stories found me chocking back tears. The new owners really mean business and are keen to make a success of the Ecem apar**ents. With the attention to customer service they give I’m sure they’ll make a success of the hospitality which is just a few minutes walk from the beach and canal. It’s a little hard to find in the dark but the rooms are lovely and spacious. The sunbeds are those lovely luxury ones. The establishment has eighteen rooms and has a lift too for those who struggle with stairs. I can honestly say I’ve chilled within the first few hours. Very relaxing a**osphere. The food menu is pretty much limited this year but the owner has a mind to improve the breakfast and lunch offerings for Summer 24. They do believe that customers want to have breakfast and lunch around the pool but dinner is different with customers wanting to eat out at the many quality restaurants in Icmeler which as a business they are happy to support and not take away from. We’ve had a lovely chicken wrap for lunch today. The bar is what I call a trust bar. Help yourself from the fridge and let them know what you’ve had and settle up later. The bonus for me is a proper bean to cup coffee machine. I do love my coffee but can’t stand that Nescafé that most places do. This place incidentally has Wi-Fi in every room. It’s not fastest but at least it’s useable for browsing, email, WhatsApp etc. So far It’s a great choice aparthotel for those looking for that really relaxing break. The hotel isn’t an exclusive. The owner is in two minds with this. He is strongly favouring staying independent due to the extra admin and risk with going exclusive. Id agree being independent gives customers more flexibility with flight times and flight prices and access to a wider customer base. I’d really recommend the Ecem Apart hotel as a great choice and worth putting on your list of highly recommended places to stay.

Second home. This was our 3rd stay at these wonderful apar**ents and will not be the last. Lovely pool area with no sunbed wars, spotlessly clean, spacious apar**ents with all you need to have a great holiday. All the staff were great, from Zafer, the boss, Arman, our bar man and our 2 wonderful cleaners. Ideally situated, just moments from the canal with its many bars but far enough not to hear a sound from them, the beach was also very near. Many of the guests are regulars, so now considered as friends. would highly recommend staying here but why am I saying that when it could get too popular and then no room for us. thanks to all there for making our holiday another great time

Excellent hotel! We stayed here last August and returned this August. It is reasonably priced which makes it affordable for families like mine. The hotel is beautiful, with a relaxing quiet a**osphere occupied mainly by returning guests which tells you everything. Rooms and hotel is spotless and cleaned daily to the highest standards. The new owner, Zafer is lovely, kind and honest as are all the staff at Ecem. Location really is perfect. Quietly tucked away but only 5 minutes walk to the beach in one direction or 5 minutes walk to Içmeler centre in the other direction. Lots of shops and restaurants all around. Hopefully we can return next August 🙏

What a fantastic little hotel. Suitable for families and couples alike. We had a great 6 week stay from start to finish. Well kept bar and facilities. Our self catering room was ideal and had everything you could possibly need. If not the owner would be more than happy to provide. The only downside we found was no price list behind the bar. Small detail but definitely needed. Can not wait to stay again.
