"I booked this hotel with the expectation that my family would enjoy the swimming pool. Upon arrival, we discovered fish floating in the water, which leads me to question the validity of their sanitation permit from the city and the room had a strange, unpleasant smell and they ask the staff what is that they smile and go away

Nice Ambiance, good staffs, clean... Check in is a little bit slow when peak season but understandable. Worth every penny.

I loved the hotel's location—it was perfect and so convenient for getting around. The food was absolutely yummy, and the breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of options to choose from. The room was huge and very comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. However, the building itself felt a bit old and could use some retouching to fix visible damages. Despite that, I had a great stay and would still recommend it!.

Love this hotel since my 1990s trip till now

The rooms are clean however, the building was too old and the air-conditioner sound was too noisy. Even the toilet fan was too noisy. The breakfast was good but the fruits and desserts were outside the restaurant so we have to go out to get some. The staff are very friendly and hospitable.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Hotel Del Rio this Christmas. Aside of friendly staff, we enjoyed the breakfast. Delicious foods and the waiters are very accommodating.
