If I could give more than 5 stars to XiuXi Anping, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional and thoughtfully curated. The location in Anping is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still incredibly convenient for exploring the old streets, historical spots, and local food scene. It struck that rare balance between tranquility and accessibility. The space itself is stunning. Every detail—from the minimalist design to the warm lighting and carefully chosen decor—creates an atmosphere that feels both modern and deeply comforting. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and instantly feel at ease. Cleanliness was impeccable, and you can tell the hosts take real pride in maintaining such a high standard. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure the stay was perfect. They didn’t just provide a place to stay—they created an experience. Thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel personal rather than transactional. Waking up there was a highlight in itself. The calm ambiance, soft natural light, and quiet surroundings made it the perfect reset from a busy travel schedule. It felt less like accommodation and more like a carefully designed retreat. Honestly, XiuXi Anping set a new standard for what I look for when traveling. If you’re heading to Tainan and want somewhere that combines aesthetic, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, this is it. I would return in a heartbeat.

Superbe séjour à l'hôtel Kindness Tainan! 😄 Salle propre, super bureau frontal utile avec une mise à niveau gratuite, et délicieux petit déjeuner buffet + dîner. Lave-linge gratuite a été un immense plus. Absolutement délicieux 2-night séjour avec des plaintes zéro! Certainement reviendra! 😄

Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!

The mud hot spring in the hotel room is diluted, perhaps it is a pump flaw / weakness as I was assigned a room at Level 5. It is a pity there is not much mineral mud content compared to neighbouring hotels. Breakfast consists of simple countryside dishes.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec un arrêt de bus juste devant. Le petit-déjeuner, simple, est servi tous les jours, mais j'adore leur glace et leur petit pain frit ! Ma mère, elle, raffole de leurs patates douces (rires). Un incontournable !

C'était mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel, et l'expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Il est à la hauteur de sa réputation d'établissement haut de gamme dans la région. Dès mon arrivée dans le hall, j'ai été frappé par le design raffiné et de grande qualité. L'espace et le confort, rehaussés d'un parfum subtil, ont créé une atmosphère relaxante et agréable dès mon entrée. La chambre était également excellente, tant au niveau de la propreté que des équipements, répondant parfaitement à mes attentes. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace détente au deuxième étage ; les petites attentions proposées ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. En résumé, c'est un hôtel mémorable, qui témoigne d'une grande qualité tant au niveau de l'ambiance que du service, et je le recommande vivement.

We cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.

Immense chambre avec une immense baignoire ! Côté emplacement, c'est à 5 minutes d'un 7-11 et d'une laverie automatique ouverte 24h/24. Le marché de Yong Le, qui propose de nombreux plats délicieux, est à 25 minutes à pied. J'y ai séjourné 7 nuits et ils m'ont offert un surclassement gratuit ! Ils ne proposent pas de service de ménage quotidien, mais vous pouvez obtenir des serviettes propres sur demande.

The hotel room was clean and basic for the most part and a few small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. 4 bottles of water are included and slippers. Beds are firm and comfortable and pillows are ok. However, if you are allergic to napthelene (moth balls), then stay away as the place is strong smelling of moth balls though the room doesn't have a closet or wardrobe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The bathroom is very basic without a door rack to hang your clothes and the shower partition is only enough to shield the toilet from splashes and without any sliding doors. Toilet doesn't accept toilet paper, so you'll need to put into the provided waste basket. The young lady at the counter was generally helpful, but in a basic kind of way. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Taiwan railway station in ”downtown” kind of area. The lobby looked big, clean, and decent with a ”putting green” off to the side. The room is quiet, though there are people talking loudly as they check in late at night. The lobby “free wifi” connects, but has no internet service. Room wifi is unsecured, so make sure you have a vpn or use it for unimportant things. They also provide a free luggage storage service before you check in so you can sightsee without lugging your luggage around town. Overall, it’s a good choice for a basic short stay at a very convenient location. The price is also very good. Recommended choice for your next Tainan trip.

Séjour d'une nuit en semaine On a l’impression d’être les seuls invités ? Je me sens très à l'aise On se sent très chaud en entrant dans la pièce Mais ça sent mauvais. J'ai ouvert les toilettes et j'ai découvert que c'était l'odeur du tuyau des toilettes. Il n'y a pas de ventilateur d'extraction. La seule ventilation se fait par la fenêtre des toilettes Cela ne semble pas être assez fort J'aime beaucoup la conception de l'éclairage de leur chambre et de leur salle de bain Excellente pression d'eau lors de la douche Super confortable Mais soyez prudent Il y a une note dans la salle de douche Le bain se fait avec un chauffe-eau électrique Il est préférable de l'utiliser toutes les 10 minutes Sinon il n'y aura pas d'eau chaude Mon copain a dormi jusqu'à minuit Il dit que le corps le démange Mais il n'y a aucun signe de piqûres d'insectes Nous réfléchissons Peut-être que personne n'y vit en semaine. La chambre a été nettoyée depuis un certain temps Cela doit être causé par la poussière ! ?
