The location is superb, walkable from the Innsbruck station and near a shopping mall where you can grab food or ingredients.
The team is super helpful and prepared for us the Innsbruck card (upon request), so that we could use the public transport for free. They were super responsive and helpful when it comes to our questions face to face and on email.
Even when the space is small and the bed is in the same area as the kitchen, we were glad that we could use the kitchen (however, we advise cooking light meals, as the smell could be too overwhelming and you may need to open your door to ventilate).

L'appartamento era molto pulito e spazioso. Mancava un forno, ma per il resto era dotato di tutti i comfort, compresa la lavastoviglie. In più nella hall c'era anche uno spazio condiviso per prepararsi autonomamente caffè e thè e berlo ai tavolini. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo di sicuro e per questo lo consigliamo.

This place was perfect for what we needed. The room came with a small kitchen with utensils and an electric hob, rain shower and amazing view of the mountains. My partner and I had the best stay here. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very informative. They were more than happy to make time to speak to us to suggest things to do. Great location - it is in a very quiet part of the town and only 10 minutes by walk into the main centre. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we had plans every morning but it looked great! There is a nice sitting area in reception with leaflets of Innsbruck and even a chess board. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

We loved this little hotel. Easy self check in. Very nice and helpful staff. Self serve breakfast bar available in the morning for a small charge . Very comfortable room with a nice size bathroom and shower. Small kitchen area with refrigerator. Even had an ice cube tray( us Americans like ice!). Nice location, easy to walk to everything and about 15 minute walk to main train station. Would stay here again. Loved Innsbruck

As reviews have mentioned very convenient , not too far from the main town and on all the bus routes. The staff were incredibly helpful with any queries. There was a nice breakfast area , continental choice and well priced. We had a garden room which was really nice to sit out there in the evenings .I'd definitely recommend.

This is a cute little stay in Innsbruck - very close to bus stop from where you can get to anywhere in the city. The room was neat and good facilities in terms of check in and check out. If you are mainly planning to see the city with less time spent in the hotel - then definitely this is a great option. We liked it overall.

One of the nicest places I've stayed. Paid for the Apartment Corner and it was exactly as described. Clean, plenty of space for cooking and the receptionist was very friendly giving some great recommendations for the area including drinks, coffee and walks.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel recently. All of the interior design is beautiful, the room and bathroom are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the free coffee of all kinds and the opportunity to eat our breakfast in a nice space or use the kitchen to cook something ourselves. Very noteworthy, and sadly very rare in other hotels, is the fact that all the walls and door are sound-insulated. We didn't hear a thing while in our room! We loved this and wish more hotels had this. But there is one problem. It may not bother others, but it bothered us. The hotel uses an innovative type of air conditioning that cools the room via cold water in the floor and walls. But Innsbruck can get very humid and the lack of air flow was a problem. We had to keep the window open as well as the door to the hallway in order to get fresh air. The room got very stuffy otherwise, especially at night when we had everything closed.
