Perfect location. East walking to the coolest town along our European journey. Room was basic, clean and very comfy beds. We enjoyed the sauna room in the evening. Only suggestion is to have coffee in the rooms or at least in the lobby free of charge for guests.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a convenient location for getting around - next to the train and bus station for links to the airport, international/national trains in other cities, the Swarovski crystal world and around a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. We were checked in early by a very friendly lady on reception who initially let us store our luggage. The snow capped mountain views from the room (ours was on the 8th floor) are stunning and framed perfectly by the big windows. The hotel reception and room was stylishly decorated. In the room, there was a small window that could be opened and the air conditioning was very quiet, though doesn’t go down to the 10c on the thermostat and seemed more like 20c. The bedding was very nice quality and had a soft and firm pillow - these were probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel before. The bathroom is, again, very modern with nice smelling hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The shower head had a few different settings, including a massage mode which ran for a few seconds. The shelf for the shower gel/shampoo wasn’t very strong though, so had to be held or rested elsewhere and the pump head kept getting stuck, but otherwise was very good and the towels were very soft and thick. The room was fairly quiet, but you could hear other people in other rooms so it doesn’t appear to be soundproofed in any way. Noise from outside (trains, buses and incoming aeroplanes) were very minimal though and did not disturb us. We found the room cleaning system a little strange - there are two cards that you can put on the door. One is not to be cleaned at all during the day and the other is not to have the room cleaned at that time and needs to be removed before 2pm. There isn’t anything to put on the door when you want it to be cleaned, you just have to remove both from the door handle. We initially had the card attached to the door not to disturb at that time (overnight) and then removed it in the morning at 11am and the room had not been cleaned. We were able to get clean towels from reception though. It would be better in my opinion to have a card to have the room cleaned rather than two not to have it cleaned as most people would surely want the room cleaned. We went to the bar on the 13th floor during our stay. This can be visited by hotel guests and non hotel guests. This looks very nice and has great views all around, as well as an outdoor area with blankets. The prices of the drinks are reasonable and comparable with elsewhere in the city. We sat outside and then asked at the bar for a couple of drinks. We were told that there wasn’t any bar service for the outside area - only the inside (which is not a problem at all). However, it was a bit awkward when paying, the lady making the drinks asked if I wanted to give a tip. Given that the drinks were just being made and not brought to our table, I did not give a tip. Lorsque l’on rentre dans la chambre, nous sommes tout de suite subjugués par cette vue! Une vue reposante sur les montagnes que l’on retrouve au spa ainsi qu’au restaurant et bar. L’hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre. C’est très pratique pour aller se balader dans la vieille ville et il est à 5min à pied de la gare. L’accueil était chaleureux, tout le long du séjour le service a été impeccable. Pour la chambre, au delà de la vue, elle est spacieuse, calme avec une grande salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : j’ai été ravie de voir des produits locaux notamment pour les miels. Ce qui est proposé est très varié et de qualité. Quant au spa, je recommande d’y aller pour se relaxer dans lean différents saunas proposés. Un séjour parfait! Merci à l’équipe du Adlers Hôtel !

Ils ont aidé à réserver des réservations, des directions, et tout ce que nous leur avons demandé, et toujours avec un sourire. Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans le garde-robe surdimensionné avec des tiroirs. Il y a plusieurs places pour mettre des bagages, un bureau, et même un couple de chaises et une table. Nous étions très impressionnés par leur petit déjeuner. Ils ont eu beaucoup de choix, mais aussi de nombreuses options pour les dîners sans gluten (parce que je suis GF, je le remarque). L'hôtel est également bien situé. Juste à la rue du Congrès (Hofburg) et à pied 10-minute à Old Town. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. Malheureusement, nous avons découvert que l'hôtel ne servait pas de nourriture le dimanche et le lundi soir. Elle nous a aidé non seulement à traduire le menu et à introduire l'ordre, mais elle a également appelé le restaurant pour s'assurer qu'ils avaient l'ordre spécial correct. Quand nous sommes descendus pour le dîner, le barman, Ashok G. avait des plaques, des napkins et des argenteries pour nous servir quand notre repas est arrivé. Nous n'avons pas demandé à rien de cela, il l'a fait tout seul. Alors, c'est le service!! Comme mentionné, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Juste en bas de la rue du Congrès et à environ 10-minute à pied vers la vieille ville. Il est juste sur la rue de la Kette Nord jusqu'à la montagne d'Innsbruck et au zoo. Enfin, nous avons évidemment jeté quelques fonds au sol dans notre chambre et il est allé sous le lit. Le personnel de la maison a trouvé l'argent et l'a placé sur le stand. Nous n'aurions jamais eu connaissance si nous n'avais pas vu ça sur le stand. Le personnel de cet hôtel ne pouvait pas être plus agréable. Nous avons senti qu'ils étaient de la famille à la fin de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel pour tout type de séjour.

Hotel is 100meters up a steep hill from the bus stop and 200 meters to the village of Igls where there are a few places to eat, shop and hire your ski equipment, but is hardwork walking up this hill when you have been sking alday. The hotel room door does not lock, you need to use your key to lock the door from the inside, unless you ask for a second key, this could be a safeguarding concern as if someone wanted to stay in the room and the other person went out with the key, the door would remain unlocked, if you lock the door from the outside, you can't open it from the inside. I booked this hotel Purley for the ski in ski out, unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel I was told that this is not the case, the management having been trying to let the travel company know about this but stated they have had no response. The manager was very welcoming and helpful, and stated he changed our room to face the snowed mountains which was nice.if you want breakfast you have to notify him the previous evening and will be charged 14 euros per person per day, we declined. The manager emailed us the link for free bus travel to the ski station and into innsbruck town. The Alphotel Innsbruck is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! But we had no choice since we were on a tour package and this was the hotel that Gate1 chose for our itinerary. We weren't the only tour members who did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our tour group had a long day and we were scheduled to arrive late so we were all pretty tired when we arrived. Unfortunately the room we were assigned to didn't even look or feel exceptionally clean and I'm surprised I didn't take photos of the room! Comparing posted photos of the rooms on TA our room looked much older and didn't even have a real chair, but only one of those small round ottomans. And that ottoman was dirty and stained, so we didn't want to sit on that! The bedspread had that ”ick” factor, so we removed it but at least the sheets were clean. Carpet looked grungy so we made sure to wear our slippers and not walk barefoot on it. Regret not taking pictures of the room now. We've stayed at hotels with older or ”tired” decor but they were at least neat and clean, but not at this hotel! Now the ”fun” part was our bathroom door. I was getting ready to take a shower and went into the bathroom, but wanted to use my own soap and toiletries, so I went out of the bathroom and my husband (who was standing in front of the bathroom, looking at the closet or something right across from the bathroom) shut the opaque glass bathroom door. I went back to the bathroom and tried to open the door and it was locked! It was one of those simple privacy type locks where there's usually a pinhole that you can usually press and it'll pop open. Unfortunately, there was no pinhole but a screw so I tried twisting the screw but the door remained locked. Husband tried but it kept turning and he didn't have any tools so he called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy looked at the door and tried twisting the screw with the same results and said he needed to go get his tools. He returned with his small toolbox and tried several screwdrivers, with no luck. Then he tried using a small drill to remove the screw and still couldn't get the door unlocked. Meanwhile, we were sitting on the bed and watching tv since there was nothing else we could do. I texted our friends who were also traveling in the tour group and assigned to the room right next door to let them know what was happening. And to apologize to them for the loud racket, as the maintenance guy went and got his large power drill and was basically removing the entire door knob and panel. So the guy had to destroy the whole door knob panel because the door lock screw or nut inside the panel was probably stripped and couldn't unlock or open the door; so if I was on the other side of the door I would have been stuck in the bathroom! We remained blocked outside despite having followed all the instructions to pick up our key. The key was unfortunately not in its place, becase some other client took it. Not a great surprise in the middle of the night under the rain and after you have driven for 7 hours. This is a recurrent situation as the hotel told us so there should be an emergency number directly IN THE MESSAGE with the check in instructions. The hotel is claiming there was an emergency number next to the key box, but honestly we have only found a number next to which was written in bold THIS IS NOT HOTEL STAFF NUMBER, call only in case of emergency, you will be charged 80€. As I can see from other reviews also in other languages, our case is not the only one and the clients who called the number are claiming they waited 1,5h for the “emergency” person to come, so actually I am glad, we went somewhere else. I am just wondering why the management still did not change the check in procedure. Simply more boxes in order to have one box per client in order to avoid clients taking other client’s key or at least explaining what to do in case you don’t find the key directly with the check-in information - none of these does sound complicated to me. But maybe it is just more convenient for the management not to have to pay the staff at the reception and cleaning but charge the client for the room anyway. Does not sound much like a honest business to me though. Because of course the hotel is making us pay for the room we couldn’t check into, telling us it’s not their fault because probably someone else took our key. That’s really unacceptable.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel lors d’un roadtrip. L’hôtel est magnifique et complètement au calme. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, avec une jolie terrasse et une literie très confortable. L’unique petit bémol est l’absence de climatisation mais cela semble être le cas dans bon nombre d’hôtels à la montagne. Il faisait très chaud lors de notre séjour et la nuit n’a donc pas été très reposante … Il y a un grand spa accessible gratuitement ainsi qu’une piscine et il est très agréable de s’y reposer. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement extraordinaire : une grande variété de produits frais et raffinés. Le restaurant était malheureusement fermé le soir de notre séjour et ce fut un problème pour nous car nous étions en moto et aucun restaurant n’était accessible à une distance de marche raisonnable. C’est alors que Monique, la réceptionniste nous a tout naturellement proposé de prendre sa voiture afin de pouvoir aller manger ! Nous n’en revenions pas d’une telle gentillesse ! Nous n’avons pas osé partir toute une soirée avec sa voiture et l’avons donc empruntée afin d’aller chercher des pizzas à emporter non loin de l’hôtel. Elle nous a ensuite apporté les couverts nécessaires ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin. Nous avons réellement été touchés d’une telle gentillesse et je profite de ce commentaire pour la remercier à nouveau !
