Elle nous a contactés à l'avance pour nous indiquer comment rejoindre l'hôtel plus facilement, ce qui était très utile pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants. Ils nous ont également aidés à porter nos bagages lourds. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce qu'il fait trop froid ou que le chauffage n'est pas assez fort, ça chauffe très lentement. La réceptionniste m'a également dit d'ouvrir l'eau chaude pendant un moment avant de l'utiliser. Les toilettes de la chambre sont propres. Le paysage du balcon est magnifique la nuit. Les photos ont été prises depuis la chambre. La chambre est adaptée aux familles avec de petits bagages. Nous avions emporté deux valises de 81 cm et devions les enjamber pour marcher. »

« Situé au bord de la rivière, le prix est assez élevé, mais l'environnement est moyen. Je n'ai pas séjourné dans d'autres B&B à Fenghuang, donc je ne sais pas comment ils se comparent. La nuit était un peu moins de 500 yuans, et les équipements étaient effectivement moyens. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur, il fallait donc monter ses bagages. La literie, les housses de couette et les taies d'oreiller étaient lavées par le B&B lui-même, et non par un sous-traitant.
Le pommeau de douche de la chambre était difficile à régler, et la table et les chaises du balcon étaient vieilles et fragiles.
Lors de mon séjour, des travaux étaient en cours juste en face du rez-de-chaussée, du côté opposé à la rivière, et ils foraient depuis tôt le matin.
La route à l'entrée est très étroite, ce qui rend le passage difficile. Les gros véhicules doivent être manœuvrés avec prudence, car le stationnement est difficile. »

Pas grand pour ceux qui sont sensibles au bruit. La chambre est très petite et très étroite et la salle de bain est petite, mais cela est attendu du séjour au centre de la ville antique. La dame propriétaire était très utile et très réaliste. »

Excellent value perfectly located in the heart of a river town, insects are part of the setting but the mosquito coil thoughtfully provided by the hosts made my room comfortable. The room might seem small but it generously covers a lot of amenities; WiFi is a bit slow at times.
The hosts were equally helpful with travel logistics, suggesting transport options before my arrival and assisting my suitcase to the bus station on departure to avoid the pricey taxis. Along the way, the young host lady shared insights into Miao traditional dress, adding a meaningful cultural touch.

The room we stay in is very spacious, the platform where I placed my luggage helped to reduce the stress on my knees, after climbing 武陵源。
The owner and staff were very warm and helpful. They always greeted us with: ”回来了” everytime we came back from outside and provided us with extra bottles of water upon request. On top of that they also helped to order food online, pre book places of interest, in Changsha, as we don't have a China SIM card. »

Il est venu personnellement nous chercher au parking et nous a aidé avec les bagages. La chambre est un peu vieille, il est donc compréhensible que ce soit une vieille maison. Préparez-vous au manque d’insonorisation. À l’origine, je voulais réserver une chambre familiale au deuxième étage. Le patron a suggéré que le troisième étage serait plus calme, mais même ainsi, je n'ai toujours pas bien dormi. La vieille ville est silencieuse après 11h30. Les personnes habituées à dormir tard peuvent y réfléchir. Notre famille de trois personnes n’est pas habituée à la vie nocturne. Il est très important pour chacun de choisir la bonne auberge en fonction de ses besoins »

IInvitéJ'ai passé une nuit dans la vieille ville de Fenghuang. Cet hôtel offre un cadre très agréable et des installations propres. Dès que j'ai ouvert la porte de ma chambre, j'ai pu admirer le magnifique paysage de la vieille ville, très artistique. Le propriétaire et la femme de ménage étaient très sympathiques et serviables. Ils m'ont aidé à porter mes bagages et m'ont même aidé à trouver un taxi pour le retour. J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans la vieille ville de Fenghuang. Si vous êtes dans le coin, n'hésitez pas à essayer cet hôtel.

IInvitéLe service du Maple Bridge Night B&B est bon car le transport à Phoenix est très peu pratique et il n'y a pas de service d'appel de voiture en ligne. Nous avons pris le train à grande vitesse à midi parce que le chauffeur de la station de prise en charge récupérait d'autres invités, nous avons donc repris le train à grande vitesse. Le patron nous a personnellement emmenés sur la place Qifeng et a réussi à rattraper le train à grande vitesse. train à grande vitesse. Et il y avait un chauffeur pour nous emmener à chaque attraction. Nous avons réservé des billets à prix réduit, ce qui nous a permis d'économiser beaucoup d'argent. Ils ont également un magasin de photos et les photos sont vraiment belles. La salle avec vue au troisième étage est propre et bien rangée. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez voir les magnifiques paysages du village culturel de Yunqiao et de Fenghuang Xiangzi. DDoujameiI had a great stay. Hotel is situated on the outskirts of the Ancient town, 20 mins walking distance, accessible by the river, bus, taxi or scooter.
There is no DiDi available when we arrived. I really hope that will changed. The schedule of the buses are not displayed. However, when standing on the street, we had scooter taxi stopping for us. A ride to the Ancient city is ¥7. They did over charged us but we were happy to finally get out under the scorching sun, so we didn’t mind. All the taxis passing by us were fully booked.
The hotel is great and new. They were doing some refurbishment so the swimming pool was not open. Despite that, the room was as shown on the pictures, very clean and spacious. They provided mosquitoes racket and plug in. There were a lot of mosquitoes and flies, in the corridor. be aware bring your sprays too. Same in town too.
The receptionists were really good and very helpful during the entire stay. They added us on WeChat and we could communicate like that. They help us ordering a taxi on the departure day.
The hotel is a good location but the lack of transport makes it hard to get to the Ancient town above when it so hot outside.
The bed was soft and nice to sleep in. The air conditioning was properly working. The cleaning service was great. Daily cleaning and they were waiting for us to be out to clean.
The welcome fruits basket were delicious. I didn’t make it for breakfast.
We were able to wash our clothes and air dry them. Quicker than a dryer.
I had an excellent stay there.

IInvitéHonnêtement, le service ici est le meilleur que j'ai eu. La femme qui dirige cet endroit est très attentionnée et gentille. Elle m'a donné une carte et m'a expliqué où aller et quand, était également joignable sur WeChat toute la journée pour toute question, m'a proposé de l'eau potable et du thé. L'emplacement est le meilleur que je puisse demander, sur une place où les locaux se rassemblent le matin et le soir pour danser, et à quelques pas de la rivière. La chambre a une bonne isolation et est très calme.
J'ai passé un très bon moment ici, je le recommande vivement !!!

PPaowoahNous avons voyagé en décembre, c'était bien pour nous car il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Il était vraiment facile de communiquer avec eux via Wechat. Ils nous ont trouvé une voiture pour venir nous chercher à la gare et nous déposer. À notre arrivée, quelqu'un est venu nous chercher. Il faut d'abord descendre un escalier (ils proposent d'aider avec les bagages) mais je dirais de voyager léger car nous avions du mal. C'est à quelques minutes à pied de l'endroit, je crois qu'ils en ont deux, donc cela dépend dans lequel ils vous emmènent ?
Nous avons eu les chambres communicantes via le balcon. C'était bien car il y avait deux chambres et chaque chambre avait sa propre salle de bain. Nous pouvions voir le pont d'eau (je crois) juste devant le balcon, ce qui était bien. Heureusement que nous étions juste au premier étage, donc avec nos bagages, les escaliers n'étaient pas trop mal. Comme ce n'était pas la haute saison, même avec le bar à proximité, ce n'était pas trop bruyant pour nous la nuit. Il y a aussi des restaurants et des magasins de photos à proximité. Nous avons fait le magasin de photos juste à côté de ce séjour et c'était juste correct pour référence, j'ai l'impression que vous pouvez obtenir moins cher ailleurs.
Tout était assez propre mais il y avait quelques problèmes. Comme c'était décembre, il faisait froid. Et quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude (juste de l'eau glacée). Ils ont dit que le chauffe-eau venait d'être nettoyé ou quelque chose comme ça quand j'ai demandé. Ils ont dit que l'eau chaude devrait être de retour la nuit, mais notre eau lorsque nous prenions une douche n'était pas très prometteuse. Et puis le chauffage réchauffait à peine la pièce, donc nous étions pratiquement gelés. Nous avons sorti toutes nos vestes et tout et nous avions toujours froid. La porte de notre chambre donnant sur la fenêtre du balcon était également cassée, ce qui m'a frustré au début car il faisait froid, pas d'eau chaude, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, de l'air froid soufflait à l'intérieur. Ils ont fini par le réparer et j'ai apprécié que la dame nous ait donné des radiateurs portables pour la chambre à utiliser.
Dans l'ensemble, je pense que ce n'est pas un mauvais endroit.

IInvitéL'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il n'y a presque pas de taxis ni de services de covoiturage en ligne à l'extérieur de la gare. Nous comptons uniquement sur la navette de la gare (ligne 1 et ligne 2). La ligne 1 va directement à l’entrée de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. En même temps, il est très pratique d'aller dans la ville antique. Cela ne prend que deux ou trois minutes à pied (la raison pour laquelle je ne vis pas dans la ville antique est qu'elle n'est pas accessible à la circulation. , donc il faut beaucoup de temps pour marcher avec ma valise, ce qui n'est pas pratique. L'autre est au bord de la rivière Tuojiang dans la ville antique. Le B&B était trop bruyant !)
L'étage réservé par Ctrip est au 6ème étage. Il semble que la décoration soit meilleure que les autres étages, et la vue est relativement meilleure. La chambre est très propre, la pression de l'eau est relativement élevée et les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes.
Le service était plutôt bon. J'ai reçu un souvenir à mon arrivée. J'étais pressé par le temps et j'ai même organisé un véhicule pour la gare.

SShane CanadianGood location if you want to be near the ancient town, but in a quiet spot. The main bus stop is right outside the hotel and the ancient town is about a two minute walk. Room is large and modern and bed is comfortable. You won't have much of a view on the backside of the hotel, and the front is likely to be a bit noisy with the bus stop during the day and the Aunties dancing in the square in the evening. It was nice that they gave a parting gift of local delicacies when we checked out.
A few improvements needed:
1. Hooks, or hanging racks, for towels at the shower and the sink. There is no way to dry a towel after a shower.
2. Wash cloth. For a nice hotel, a wash cloth (or face cloth) should be provided. They are not expensive.
3. The water in the shower will be affected by the toilet flushing and the sink faucet. It will get very hot. Quite a surprise given that this is a new hotel.
4. Car service, especially to the train station. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi. Their response was to walk us to the main road, which is likely 300 to 400 metres. Not ideal with two suitcases and several bags of merchandise. It also took some time to get a taxi, which made us start to worry that we might not arrive in time for our train. Note that when you arrive at the drop off are for the train station, it is quite a long walk across a square to the station itself. Be sure to leave an extra 5 minutes for this.
5. Communication. When communicating with the hotel prior to arrival, we asked for a room on the top floor, which is the 5th floor. We were assured this would be arranged. However, on arriving at the hotel, we were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor. We mentioned the earlier conversation and were initially told there were no rooms available on the 5th floor. It wasn't until another attendant arrived, and seemed to check a chat history on the computer, that we were given a room on the 5th floor.
6. Sound insulation. While the room is quiet, the noise from the hallway can be easily heard due to poor insulation around the doors.
All in all a good stay but some improvements needed.

Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du quartier pittoresque de la ville antique. Les environs sont calmes la nuit et ne sont pas bruyants pendant le sommeil. Il y a le petit-déjeuner et le patron prépare personnellement les nouilles, qui sont délicieuses. Il est difficile de se déplacer dans la ville antique, c'est pourquoi l'hôtel dispose d'un service de prise en charge depuis la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse, ce qui vous évite bien des soucis.

IInvitéNotre famille de trois personnes a séjourné dans une chambre avec un lit king-size avec vue. Elle était juste de la bonne taille et offrait une large vue depuis la terrasse. Nous pouvions nous asseoir et boire du thé et admirer le paysage de la ville antique. C'était tellement magnifique. La cabane dans les arbres était très unique. J'étais heureux d'avoir réservé cette chambre. C'était mieux que de rester au bord de la rivière dans la ville antique. La chambre était très confortable. Nous avons séjourné dans une cabane dans les arbres relativement haute. Même si nous avons grimpé un Quelques étages supplémentaires, la vue était bien meilleure. Le personnel était très gentil et nous a aidé à porter nos bagages dans la chambre. Le type de maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était également accompagné d'un cadeau gratuit. Prendre des photos en costumes Miao a ajouté beaucoup de couleur à notre voyage. Nous réserverons à nouveau ici la prochaine fois que nous viendrons, j'aime tellement ça !
