暑假帶長者小孩一起去羅城棉花天坑玩，選了附近的清蓮山莊。酒店設施很新，衞生做得也不錯，房間很智能，呼叫小度開關窗簾、空調、燈都很方便，還有智能馬桶，2、3、5層都有洗衣房，真的很方便！但是前台服務員的素質有待提高！辦理入住足足等了40分鐘，看評論説有入住水果、免費宵夜送，抱歉並沒有。訂了兩間一模一樣的房型，退房的時候怕產生誤會，告知前台一間房裡沒有浴袍，前台一位男生説需要的話服務員會送上去，呃，那你們酒店的標配是什麼？另一位女生説房型不一樣會不一樣，不對啊，一樣的房型不一樣的標準這是忽悠客户嗎？！其實你説工作上的失誤都能接受的，但這樣耍小聰明就大打折扣了。另外早餐38元一份，種類不多也不好吃。
