« I had an event at an institution nearby so I booked this hotel for a short stay. Overall good environment and good value for money. The tower itself is quite new, makes the overall experience cozy and comfortable. Room is clean, all furniture is new, and I got nothing to complain. Every floors have a water dispenser machine. The breakfast spread was simple but good. A only downside is that the parking is not free but its RM5 per entry and you have to validate it at the hotel lobby at level 8 before exit. If you exit twice, that's RM10. »

« Overall our stay in our unit was good. Can be improved by making sure there is no hair on the bed sheet and there should be hooks to hang our clothes in the bathroom. Initial contact to tel no given was worrisome as no reply. But as the day approached for our stay, managed to communicate with the relevant party without a hitch. My Deposit was returned promptly. « Things to improve
1. The iron in my room is faulty, need to request for change.
2. We add bed but staff forgot to provide towel, when request, receptionist need time to process that their team made the mistake.
3. We found very big dead cockroach near to curtain upon checked in .
4. Our room face the hospital window directly. There is one big mirror next to bathroom opposite wardrobe and in line with the window where the light on top of the mirror cannot be turn off, unless your take out the power card. Practically you cannot open the curtain, where you have to pass the area during dressing/undressing, in/out bathroom, your movement gets highlighted through the window.
5. Rumbia staff seems tired and have little interest in their job. »

NNUR SYAMIRAH AISHAH BINTI OTHMANIts location is strategic, near to mosque and malls. Cleanliness is quite good, just got stain and dust on bedsheet which i dont prefer. Room spacious but the shampoo or liquid shower so limited with unpleasant smell. The wifi coverage also not so good and stable. But overall I am satisfied for a gathering with my high school sweethearts

The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application

- Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for the price point.
- Staff are polite, approachable, and responsive to requests.
