J'ai réservé 2 chambres, mais quand je suis arrivé, je n'ai eu qu'une chambre, l'autre chambre n'était pas prête.L'hôtel a mis jusqu'à 30 à 40 minutes pour donner la clé de la deuxième chambre. Eau stagnante dans la salle de bain. Cette situation est dangereuse et peut provoquer des glissades. Veuillez y remédier. Le meilleur petit déjeuner.

L'hôtel est en construction, il est préférable d'éviter pour quiconque a des allergies à la poussière. Les chambres sont datées. Hallway avait des roches et des anneaux de chambre. Le bain est toujours clos et la chambre avait des bruits dans eux comme quelqu'un jette du papier dans le ventilateur de climatisation toute la journée. La feuille de lit avait des tinctures de sang qui n'ont jamais été modifiées même si la carte a été placée sur le couvercle pendant 3 jours en fils pour la changer mais elle n'a jamais été modifiée.

The room is big and spacious but a bit run down. The hotel is quite old anyway. The sink in the room leaked quite badly. The lifts are quite slow. The only thumbs up would be the food served for breakfast (from my observation because I didn’t take breakfast package with my room booking).

Overall, we had a great experience with the DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam branch, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and modern. The hotel near Central i-City mall, a short walk from i-City Theme Park, WaterWorld, and SnoWalk. My kid has a very enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early before 3pm. So this was a big plus. Tosca Italian Trattoria sevice was excellent, a big thanks to Mr. Fareez the outlet Manager for the wonderful great service to us, family and i had a great time there. Would definitely big recommend friends there.

Super polite staff from the car park security guard until I left, super awesome training by the management!  Was greeted well by Putri who checked us in, she was super polite and I felt valued as an Honors member. Room was super clean, the air conditioning was cold, water pressure was good and the hot water was good. The room was very spacious and the tv was at eye level when lying on the bed, good touch and attention to details. Tried the food room service, the price was super value for money with the portion that was given, taste wise ok as well, everything was seasoned well. The facilities at level 5 and 5A were amazing as well, everything was very clean and organized. Game room was a nice touch with PlayStations, a pool table and board games. The steam room is a must visit, you can change and bath comfortably. I would say the cleanliness of this DoubleTree Shah Alam by Hilton is way better than Hilton KL, haha. Breakfast at Makan was simply amazing...! Again we were greeted politely, all the food was delicious at the correct temperature and the staff was very attentive to what you want or you want something. Three foods you must try at Makan Kitchen : 1. The fresh orange juice - simply fresh haha. 2. Roti Canai - well season and the thickness was just right 3. Many people will miss this : the charcoal toast bangkali bread at the Malay food corner there.  I was staring at it then someone just walked up to me and asked me do I want it? I am like wow yes! The bread was so crunchy and tasty that I could eat a lot of them with salted butter and kaya. If you are into half boiled eggs, eat it with them and wow you will be blown away! Btw it's awesome they serve ice cream at breakfast - five flavors, again eat all you want! Checked out earlier as I have some matters to attend to and have to pay RM5 for the parking. Since it's covered parking and guarded well by the polite guard, ya sure it's worth it!

Tout est bon pour la propreté, surtout dans la zone de toilette. Même ma fille de 4 ans refusait de s'asseoir sur la cuillère de toilette parce qu'elle a dit très sale. La chambre a beaucoup de poussière dans une zone fermée mais que je peux encore fermer les yeux. Mais la toilette.... Je suis revenue de l'étranger, je suis si fatigué de me plaindre ou de changer de chambre.

J'ai vérifié hier et ils ont un problème avec l'internet pour toute la journée, donc je ne suis pas en mesure de faire mon travail. Et pour aujourd'hui ils n'ont remplacé qu'un serviette dans ma chambre. J'ai appelé le personnel de la réception demander un serviette, elle a dit bien. Après 5 minutes, un gars de la réception donne un appel et mentionne qu'ils n'ont pas de stock pour le toilet!! Comment peut-il être?? J'ai appelé à la réception, une dame a pris mon appel et elle a dit que bien elle le fera venir. Merci. Donc la question ici, qu'est-ce qui se passe avec ce type ??? 1er il n'y a pas de connexion Internet le premier jour, chanceux le deuxième jour il retourne à la normale. Le 2e jour vous n'avez pas remplacé deux serviettes dans la chambre, le 3e jour vous rappelez que vous n'avez pas assez de serviettes pour me donner une serviette seulement?? Et cette dame m'apporte la serviette. Les chambres sont confortables et confortables.

Mercure Glennmarie est l'un de mes hôtels préférés chaque fois que je voyage à KL. Tout va bien. En outre, certaines améliorations sont nécessaires comme indiqué ci-dessous. 1. Pour la salle de bain sans partition, l'eau peut en grande partie couvrir la moitié du sol. C'est dangereux et éclatante. J'ai tombé une fois en marchant avec éclat dans la salle de bain humide. J'espère que la direction peut envisager de mettre un mat anti-slip devant le bassin. 2. L'équipage dans la zone de petit déjeuner semble parler trop loud et faire des blagues entre eux pendant le service. Il semble que leur rôle soit insuffisant. Il faut une discipline plus stricte. Les autres sont parfaits.

À mon avis, cet hôtel convient parfaitement à tous ceux qui ont un petit budget, bien que l'hôtel soit confortable car les installations à l'extérieur se trouvent divers locaux commerciaux tels que des restaurants, des supérettes, des vendeurs de rue et autres. Si possible, l'hôtel s'il vous plaît fournir une cruche électrique dans chaque chambre avec un paquet 3 en 1 ou 2 paquets de café car la nuit, il est possible que les clients soient paresseux pour descendre les escaliers. foiré, cette chose peut mettre les clients mal à l'aise. désolé pour cela à mon avis. tout ce que j'aime séjourner dans cet hôtel car il est proche de la route principale et le prix est raisonnable.

J'ai choisi de rester dans cet hôtel parce qu'il est très proche du stade Malawati où j'ai regardé le concert de musique du groupe Monsta X. J'ai promené à seulement 7 minutes (800m) de la localisation du concert. Ce que j'aime à propos de cet hôtel est son emplacement environnant, c'est-à-dire qu'il est dans un environnement calme. A côté de l'hôtel il y a un restaurant/restaurant de riz et un salon de gâteau halal. Dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel il y a 711 pour acheter des aliments, des boissons, des snacks et d'autres besoins. Le restaurant a une grande qualité de service, un service de restauration et un service de restauration. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Honest review here - first of all the service of the workers is good and helpful so i rate 5 starts for their service but really had to say the hotel is quite old and the sofa is not really clean , can see many dusk inside the rotan sofa. Beside the shower room is not really clean as the shower head have obvious black stain which we not sure what was this as a four star hotel the amenities they provided have comb however I saw hair in the new comb plastic so I didn’t use it. Cleanliness and environment should be improve but had to thumbs up to the worker there really helpful and nice. And extra , breakfast is not bad as well.

L'hôtel est au 4ème et 5ème étages de l'immeuble, ne vous surprenez pas quand vous entrez. Prenez simplement l'ascenseur au 4ème étage, où est le lobby de l'hôtel. Le personnel est amiable. Ils sont heureux de vous divertir même si vous les appelez par téléphone. La chambre est simple mais agréable. Ils vendent également des éléments essentiels pour rendre votre séjour plus agréable. La chambre est calme, il y a plus que suffisamment de parking devant l'hôtel.L'hôtel est également proche d'une variété de restaurants et de boutiques de convenance. Cet hôtel est certainement une merveilleuse capture si vous avez juste besoin de repos et de dormir à un prix raisonnable :)

I am very satisfied that there is a parking place and a nearby restaurant/mini market. The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application

Nous avons réservé 13 chambres pour une visite universitaire à Shah Alam pour 3-4 Jan 2023. Toutes les chambres étaient propres et bien faites. Chaque chambre dispose de 2 serviettes, de savons et de shampooing. La télévision et le climatiseur sont tous bien fonctionnés. La douche est un peu brisée, mais le reste est bon. L'accent ici est le lit. Très propre avec des pièges fluffy vous ne pouvez obtenir que de 5-star hôtels 😁 Dépôt de RM50 pour chaque chambre doit être payé avant de vous connecter. Comme nous n'avons pas apporté assez d'argent, nous avons demandé si nous ne pouvions qu'ajouter RM100. Le type de réception était assez gentil pour appeler le propriétaire de l'hôtel pour obtenir un oui de lui. Après beaucoup de négociations, nous avons accepté RM200! Merci!

Pour la salle de bain sans partition, l'eau peut en grande partie couvrir la moitié du sol. C'est dangereux et éclatante. J'ai tombé une fois en marchant avec éclat dans la salle de bain humide. J'espère que la direction peut envisager de mettre un mat anti-slip devant le bassin. 2. L'équipage dans la zone de petit déjeuner semble parler trop loud et faire des blagues entre eux pendant le service. Il semble que leur rôle soit insuffisant. Il faut une discipline plus stricte. Les autres sont parfaits.

Honest review here - first of all the service of the workers is good and helpful so i rate 5 starts for their service but really had to say the hotel is quite old and the sofa is not really clean , can see many dusk inside the rotan sofa. Beside the shower room is not really clean as the shower head have obvious black stain which we not sure what was this as a four star hotel the amenities they provided have comb however I saw hair in the new comb plastic so I didn’t use it. Cleanliness and environment should be improve but had to thumbs up to the worker there really helpful and nice. And extra , breakfast is not bad as well.

The location was easy to find, the check-in process was super smooth, and everything was great! The cleanliness, design, view, coziness, and bathroom of the room was brilliant! Even their TV channel is not the type that only has a few channels to watch but their own special interesting channel to watch, and it is a smart TV which able to perform screen casting. There are a variety of types and choices of breakfast available, the restaurant has an elegant ambiance, and their waitress was also friendly and served greatly. There is a link bridge to Setia city mall which is super convenient to have a walk without driving. Super enjoyed staying here, definitely will visit again here, everything is just superb. Highly recommended!!

La zone est très belle .. il est vraiment difficile d'entrer dans l'hôtel .. il n'est pas systématique et vraiment terrible .. pour ceux qui veulent prendre un bain dans la piscine, assurez-vous de porter une suite de nage, sinon vous ne serez pas autorisé à prendre une douche. Super polite staff from the car park security guard until I left, super awesome training by the management!  Was greeted well by Putri who checked us in, she was super polite and I felt valued as an Honors member. Room was super clean, the air conditioning was cold, water pressure was good and the hot water was good. The room was very spacious and the tv was at eye level when lying on the bed, good touch and attention to details. Tried the food room service, the price was super value for money with the portion that was given, taste wise ok as well, everything was seasoned well. The facilities at level 5 and 5A were amazing as well, everything was very clean and organized. Game room was a nice touch with PlayStations, a pool table and board games. The steam room is a must visit, you can change and bath comfortably. I would say the cleanliness of this DoubleTree Shah Alam by Hilton is way better than Hilton KL, haha. Breakfast at Makan was simply amazing...! Again we were greeted politely, all the food was delicious at the correct temperature and the staff was very attentive to what you want or you want something. Three foods you must try at Makan Kitchen : 1. The fresh orange juice - simply fresh haha. 2. Roti Canai - well season and the thickness was just right 3. Many people will miss this : the charcoal toast bangkali bread at the Malay food corner there.  I was staring at it then someone just walked up to me and asked me do I want it? I am like wow yes! The bread was so crunchy and tasty that I could eat a lot of them with salted butter and kaya. If you are into half boiled eggs, eat it with them and wow you will be blown away! Btw it's awesome they serve ice cream at breakfast - five flavors, again eat all you want! Checked out earlier as I have some matters to attend to and have to pay RM5 for the parking. Since it's covered parking and guarded well by the polite guard, ya sure it's worth it!
