酒店就在文字博物館景區裏 一定要住 地點好 服務好。我一個姑娘出來旅居 肯定要找服務好 安靜安全的酒店。很喜歡前台的幾位漂亮妹妹 好温柔 好貼心 我的心都要化了。下面是一堆謝謝:謝謝穿深色制服的姐姐特意為我煎了兩個留黃的蛋 讓我的起床氣一掃而光；謝謝漂亮妹妹為我免費升級了房間 住得更寬敞；謝謝深夜幫我烘乾衣服並在早上放在我房間門口的巡邏大姐和幫忙溝通烘衣服前台小哥；謝謝漂亮妹妹們給我泡的蜂蜜檸檬茶 兩天喝了兩壺。酒店一樓有紙質書 這個角落我很需要 旅居在外每天都需要看看書靜心。已經推薦給朋友們了。設施有一點點問題 不過不影響住 洗手枱下水有點慢 水流不敢開大。跟前台溝通兩點退房 兩點前十分鐘發現卡刷不了 還要跑下去一趟激活 因為過了十二點就不好刷了 這個是需要升級硬件設施 我常年旅居在外 極少遇到這種老掉牙的情況。 臨走時為了感謝酒店姐妹們的貼心服務 送了我昨天剛買的三片面膜 還有三兩個洛陽小吃 我看這些姑娘挺好看 但是臉上幹 就很心疼 北方確實蠻乾燥的 我一個南方人第一次來北方 天天兩片面膜 還是幹。謝謝款待 下次再來！

服務超級nice! 這家酒店在安鋼集團裏 原來是政府接待的大樓 後來被收購了 就對外了。訂這家酒店主要是放心安心 小時候也是住類似的地方 所以有情懷在。然後就要感謝前台的妹妹們 非常周到貼心熱情的服務 尤其是那個我不知道叫啥 但是笑起來露出一排豁牙子賊可愛的00後妹妹 介紹美食 交通相當耐心和詳細 還一直打電話問老闆問朋友哪裡好吃 而且全程一直蹲在我身邊 我坐沙發上怪不好意思的 幾次請她坐她都不坐 很仔細地幫我查地圖 我沒遇到過那麼嚴謹熱情的酒店工作人員 老孃的心都要化了嗚嗚嗚。房間出了點問題 突然有濃烈的香煙味從風道傳到我房間 這妹妹也給我協調好了 畢竟我也是一晚上沒睡 隔壁的廠鳴笛一整夜。還要謝謝昨天夜班戴眼鏡的短髮姑娘 關注我的衣服烘乾 早上我收到衣服的時候 看褲子 襪子 都疊得整整齊齊 放在袋子裏。我驚呆了 這專業素質也忒好了。

25年剛裝修升級的酒店，門口另一側還在施工🏗或許也是因為剛裝修升級，有一些地方還需要再提升，缺點與優點並存。 先説缺點：電視無法投屏，前台電話設定錯誤，早餐極其差勁，有裝修氣味需要晾味，枕頭太軟，房間水補充不及時。 投屏方面，我真的非常忍不了的是電視沒法投屏，因為我倆晚上要追劇。首先wifi和電視的ip就不在一塊，根本無法投屏，而且投屏還要下載app，還要付費投屏，我真的是從來沒見過還能這樣。現在衹要是個連鎖酒店（亞朵，漢庭，桔子，全季等）都可以免費投屏，更何況還自詡4星際酒店。 電話方面，房間電話有一鍵呼叫前台按鍵，設定的是5自動撥出個8，但前台實際是4個8，這就導致一開始我們無論如何也撥不通前台電話，這種錯誤不應該吧。 早餐方面，可選擇的餐點太少，包子饅頭全是涼的。一點河南特色菜也沒有，也沒有胡辣湯，弄個河南特色胡辣湯應該不難吧，簡單吃了兩口又去外面喝的胡辣湯。 圖4是床單上的臟痕跡，不是我的頭髮。 枕頭真的太太太軟了，而且兩個枕頭是一模一樣的，都是軟的，有的酒店就是有一個軟枕一個硬枕，這麼軟的枕頭第二天睡醒脖子都不行了😭 關於房間水的問題，我不清楚貴酒店的要求。因為一開始入住的時候，工作人員特意説了句，如果需要水就會從200按金裏面扣，所以我們第二天就沒有主動要水，而且是門口超市買了兩瓶水。按照之前住過的各個酒店來看，一般都是入住當天房間裏有兩瓶礦泉水，第二天早上工作人員會來打掃房間再放補充上兩瓶水，即使沒有打掃補充，退房的時候也會再給兩瓶水，而不是一開始就説明需要水會從按金裏面扣（因為房間minibar裏面啥也沒有，我倆也不知道説的扣費到底是需要什麼才扣） 再説優點方面：位置好，免費停車，服務態度好。 家人們，這個酒店的位置是真的好，晚上走着就能去北大街夜市和倉街巷，一點也不遠，早上也能吃到很正宗的胡辣湯，而且門口就有超市，極其便利。 服務態度也十分好，進來大堂工作人員都起身問好，面對要求也有問必答，比如説投屏問題，跟前台反饋了，都晚上10點多了工作人員也上來幫忙解決問題，雖然她也不知道怎麼弄... 酒店環境也很好，房間也算大的了，還有個小沙發可以坐在那裡吃點東西，300多的價格也算可以了。
