L'accent est venu! Lorsqu'elle faisait le séjour, une dame m'a aidé particulièrement activement. Je ne sais pas comment elle fonctionne. Elle fonctionne avec compétence devant son ordinateur et elle me dit, en riant: « Je vais vous aider à voir comment je peux faire le plus beau pour les données de séjour et vous obtenir le plus grand bien-être! Cette initiative pour les invités à « chercher des bienfaits » et « gagner des avantages » m'étonne vraiment !
Conclusions :
Cette fois, je me sens bien plus que la valeur que j'ai gagnée. Je vivais à l'aise et je me suis fait une attention familiale et une véritable ”surprise supplémentaire”. NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Leur service à la clientèle était très bon, surtout pour les étrangers comme nous qui n'avaient pas un numéro chinois local. Ils nous attribueront une personne responsable. Et si nous voulons jouer l'activité, nous devons juste informer le PIC. Il vous enverra les billets/ code QR, si vous avez des questions, vous pourrez aussi faire descendre un message via WeChat. Le PIC répondra dans les meilleurs délais. Dans la section du district alimentaire, il y a peu de restaurants bons. Vous pouvez leur demander de recommander leur nourriture locale. Vous pouvez également profiter de l'utilisation de l'onzé clubé.
Le service est très bon. Répondre à l'utilisation très rapide et il a fait quelque chose qui touche notre cœur. Quelque chose est arrivé à l'intérieur de notre chambre et le technicien avait résolu. Nous lui avons juste donné des commentaires et, bien qu'il soit en vacances, il obtient encore son équipe pour nous préparer quelque chose en compensation. Nous ne l'avons pas attendu. Cela montre vraiment qu'il continue à se soucier et place les clients en premier lieu quand il est en vacances. 👍 Pour notre PIC, 'soirée'.

IInvitéJe suis venu ici avec mes amis. La chambre était très élégante, propre et bien rangée, avec un nécessaire de toilette complet et un matelas confortable. La patronne était également très serviable et nous a donné de nombreux conseils de voyage. Elle nous a même offert un service de navette aller-retour gratuit. Ce fut une expérience de voyage très enrichissante !

Service : Le majordome Xiaohui a été aux petits soins, prenant en charge nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre et nous aidant pour toutes les formalités d'arrivée, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la tâche.
Propreté : La chambre était propre et confortable. Un chauffage un peu plus puissant serait appréciable, car il peut faire frais la nuit.
Restauration : Xiaohui nous a conseillé d'essayer le buffet de fondue chinoise et la cuisine du nord-est de la Chine au restaurant Caiyuexuan. Les deux étaient délicieux et le service impeccable.
Ce séjour a été un peu court, mais je choisirais sans hésiter l'hôtel Sheraton pour mon prochain séjour au ski.

XXingxing⭐️C'était ma première visite à Harbin, et bien que j'avais lu de nombreux commentaires qui disent que ce village était beau, je me faisais encore peur du transport. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé.
Le déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et c'est très bon, et c'est très bon.
Quand nous arrivions, Coco continuait à nous aider avec tout. Elle a organisé le transport pour nos activités telles que la moto, le cheval et l'alimentation électrique.
Comme nous utilisons un eSIM et n'avions pas un numéro de téléphone chinois, Coco a même aidé à enregistrer et à générer le code QR que nous avons besoin pour visiter les sources chaudes au Club Med, nourrir le détergent, skier et conduire l'UTV.
Le restaurant est magnifique, avec une grande variété de nourriture. Tout le personnel était attentif et très aimable.
J'ai été vraiment impressionné et j'aime vraiment mon séjour ici.

OOlivier22❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport.
🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference.
🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days.
🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay.
Breakfast is also quite varied and good.

IInvitéWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

CChaddyD41J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de rester au Park Hyatt Ski Resort à Changbaishan, et je peux vous dire que c'était une expérience exceptionnelle du début au terme.
L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Tout au long de mon séjour, le personnel a été incroyablement utile, toujours prêt à assister à toute demande, qu'il s'agisse de recommandations pour le repas local ou de transports organisés.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.
Les installations du resort étaient également impressionnantes, avec un fantastique printemps extérieur chaud dans la neige qui a fourni un retrait parfait après un long jour sur les pistes. Les restaurants sont très bien placés, avec une cuisine délicieuse et un goût agréable.
L'accès à la ski est un élément important, c'est l'emplacement idéal pour les débutants et les skieurs expérimentés.
En général, mon séjour au Park Hyatt Ski Resort à Changbaishan n'était pas moins magique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour tout le monde à la recherche d'une porte de luxe et mémorable dans les montagnes. Je ne peux pas attendre de retour!

Sshaney.yA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
