NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

HHong JangWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.

而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。
这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。
唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

From Late-Night Arrival to Instant Support
Arriving on the late Spring Airlines 9C7751 flight at 21:21, we were weary travelers. Xiao Xie, on his night shift, welcomed us with calm efficiency. He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear.
The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention
What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions:
1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding.
2. Power Bank Rescue: Realizing we needed a portable charger, he seamlessly assisted with the rental process, ensuring we stayed connected.

UUtilisateur anonymeCame back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.

Au départ, je pensais qu'une chambre à lits jumeaux serait plus grande, mais j'ai été choqué lorsque je suis entré dans la chambre. C'était une suite à lits jumeaux 😃; la disposition de la chambre est très raisonnable, il y a un évier près de la table de cuisson près de l'entrée, et il y a une suite à quatre lits dans la chambre, une table à manger, un canapé, un balcon et bien sûr une salle de bain. La salle de bain est également grande et il est très pratique d'avoir une corde à linge. Toute la pièce est chauffée au sol, donc les personnes qui ont peur du froid n'ont pas peur du tout.

Brosses à dents, peignes et autres fournitures jetables sont complets. Il y a six bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre, probablement parce que l'air est sec et qu'il faut boire plus d'eau. C'est bien mieux que les deux bouteilles d'eau dans les hôtels urbains.

L'hôtel est situé à Luneng Resort Resort, à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Changbai et à 1 heure et 20 minutes de la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse. Le bar à oxygène naturel en été est enchanteur en hiver avec sa couverture argentée, les arbres en automne sont pleins de couleurs d'automne et les montagnes et les montagnes ne sont qu'au coucher du soleil.La nature a sa propre beauté et c'est le meilleur maître des couleurs.

Parce que c'était un itinéraire décidé sur une base temporaire, j'ai appelé la réception pour voir si je pouvais organiser une prise en charge après avoir fait la réservation le même jour (bien que les conditions exigent un préavis d'un jour à l'avance), mais la réception était très heureuse de l'organiser; le petit frère qui est venu me chercher à l'aéroport m'a envoyé un SMS à l'avance pour aider à prendre les bagages et à les récupérer en douceur. L'hôtel étant hors saison, le petit-déjeuner inclus est livré dans la chambre, ce qui non seulement élimine le gaspillage, mais permet également de gagner du temps, et une portion suffit. Le service de restauration est également très bon, surtout la gérante du restaurant Carey, car ce n'est pas pratique pour acheter des choses, je n'arrête pas de demander s'il y a quelque chose que je n'ai pas apporté, je peux la contacter, c'est super de se faire des amis en voyage !

There was a slight unhappiness during check-in with one particular staff, but the manage, Kevin Liu stepped in promptly, handled the situation professionally, and ensured proper service recovery. As a thoughtful gesture, high tea was sent to our room, which we truly appreciated.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out most was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff throughout our stay — everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely attentive.
Despite the small hiccup at the start, the way it was handled made a positive impression. We would definitely highly recommend Wanda Yue Resort and would be happy to stay here again.

Zhang Fangfang helped us alot as we don't speak Chinese she gave us her WeChat contact so if we need anything or want to know something she was willing to help and answered all questions or requests we had. Realy appreciated her help. The location was brilliant. Just right next to ski resort. View from our room's balcony was really nice and see people skiing. Our room as a package with benefits of free skiing, hot springs, water park and snow park. Will definitely stay here again.

IInvitéWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

WWutongdududuLa fille qui a été entrée dans la procédure, Mlle Liu Xiaochuan, a été très détaillée. Le petit frère qui était au service de l'ancien, à l'époque, les gens étaient particulièrement nombreux, la chambre n'était pas sortie du fait des problèmes de communication, puis le petit frère résolu très rapidement, appelant et contactant les différents services, et il était très utile de le voir. La chambre est très propre, la piscine et la piscine de l'hôtel sont également très grandes et il n'y a pas beaucoup de gens. Le petit-déjeuner est également devenu un truc. Nous avons pris des vêtements avant de sortir. Les petits frères de la réception nous ont également aidé à résoudre le problème rapidement. Merci particulièrement à plusieurs membres du personnel du Cabinet pour nous aider à trouver des vêtements. Reviens la prochaine fois!

SSuriInShanghaiWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this capsule hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding snowy mountains and the frozen river. The breathtaking scenery was a perfect backdrop to my stay, making it a serene and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Shanghai .
The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home.
We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
