« 和朋友出來玩兒的，本來是奔着離火車站很近很方便選的這家酒店，但是入住體驗完完全全超出預期，下午一點左右入住的，兩點客房服務員就把水果送到了房間門口，而且電視是超大屏還有會員，房間很大很亮堂，窗户很大視野很廣闊，坐窗户邊聽歌心情老好了，樓層還有百寶箱提示牌子，各種日常用品都可以提供，需要什麼東西機器人就直接送到房間門口，房間小度還有提醒，真的很方便家人們，而且吃早飯的時候我還打出了雙黃蛋😁。但是可能是因為保定最近下雨很多，房間有點兒潮，反應過後也給重新換了一套床品，電梯可能高峯期有點兒堵，大廈好像有辦公的樓層，不過總體來説還是很推薦的。 »

« The hotel is great. It's just a little far from downtown. I don't know Baoding, so it was too far from the city centre for me. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. No English available, but that was no surprise. The staff were very friendly though. They helped as much as they could given the language difficulties. A very nice hotel overall. I didn't get the chance to check the hotel facilities, but my room was great. If you are travelling, most places close reasonably early. So if you are looking for something to eat later than 8 o'clock, it will be a mission. Enjoy your stay. »

Le service est très bon à entrer dans la porte avec un chauffage chaud, les fruits sont bienvenus dans la chambre, les petits robots sont faciles à vendre et les services de bagage sont disponibles.
Le parking est pratique et la nuit après la fermeture, le gardien de la sécurité a pris l'initiative de nettoyer les fenêtres.
Il y a aussi un souvenir chaud et intime de la signature manuelle. Je vais le choisir la prochaine fois.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding.
The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in.
We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend.
We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite.
”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”.
This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it.
Living Room:
A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space.
Bedroom:
The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding.
Bathroom:
As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub.
We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite.
Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor.
”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”.
Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless.
The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.

IInvitéL'hôtel a permis l'entrée très tard dans la nuit (je suis arrivée à 11 h 30) et le concierge a toujours fonctionné bien à une telle heure tardive. L'hôtel a souligné qu'un visiteur se serait intéressé par le style de vie français dans son séjour là-bas, bien qu'il n'y ait ni mot français ni programme de télévision français à trouver à l'intérieur de la chambre d'hôtel. J'ai été expulsé de la piscine sur le 4/F seulement parce que j'ai oublié de porter mon cap (je portais mon costume de nage), et j'ai dû couper mon temps de nage après mon échec à emprunter un cap du personnel là-bas. Le petit déjeuner buffet était bon et contenait une variété de produits alimentaires et de boissons de préférences et d'origine chinoises. Cependant, il manquait des aliments exotiques, par exemple le style japonais, le style vietnamien, le style européen, etc.
La danse française de type flash, d'environ 15 minutes en durée, dans le foyer de l'hôtel à 18 h, était extraordinaire, attrayante et délicieuse.

QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

Une chose doit être la gestion:
1- fumer est presque partout , même si ils ont montré le signe , ” pas de fumer ” mais personne ne s' occupe même du personnel de l' hôtel , et surtout du personnel du petit déjeuner , qui me donne également la peur et la maladie en tant que non-fumeur . Les chambres sont également fumeurs. C'est un très bon hôtel, mais pas suivant les règles de non-fumeurs. A côté de l'hôtel est un restaurant halal, il est également disponible pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Important chose qu'ils ont aussi une salle de prière.

GGLENYSThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
