LLuquanliuruC'est trop cher. Jinan est venu à Big Plan deux jours. J'ai trouvé Jinan qui se repose. Je ne pensais pas que je vivrai dans un jardin si beau. Je ne pouvais pas rentrer dans le jardin. Le patron était deux personnes enthousiastes et enthousiastes, plantant une plante de fleurs et de plantes de jardin, et cent ans de gidan. Le petit déjeuner est également spécialement allé acheter les caractéristiques locales très délicieuses et très confortables. Je regardais le grand show de lumières qui volait sur l'eau de la fleur de fer à la nuit dans le lac de Liuyan, la bande a joué et je ne me sens pas fatigué jusqu'à 10 heures. Je suis heureux de jouer intentionnellement. Je joue trop bien pour prendre trop peu de photos de la population post-colombienne, l'hygiène est très propre. Il y a encore une chance de venir ici.

IInvitéThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

週末staycation發現雄安索菲特的主推套餐性價比拉滿，再加上身邊的朋友們對這家酒店評價很高，所以就直接下單前來體驗一下~
停車場的導向標記很好找，從進入地庫到大堂沿途的指向都很清楚。下午1點到店時前台都在排隊，效率很高所以幾乎沒有等。前台小姐姐一路引導到房間，房間安排在13層的尊享套房，整體佈局還算是合理。客衞和主衞都配備了完全版的衞洗麗，用起來很方便；浴缸在這個級別的酒店也算是非常大的了，放水速度也很快，配了頭枕很舒服。
下午茶和歡樂時光出品都算是中上水平，甜品算是法國品牌的拿手強項了，泡芙 瑪德琳 重芝士蛋糕 巧克力慕斯出品都不錯，歡樂時光熱菜也優於其他品牌行政酒廊，服務人員也很熱情，總體非常滿意。早餐也算豐盛，除了星級酒店的標配以外，特色的煎餅 羊雜湯 火燒夾肉 白洋澱燻雞薰魚薰泥鰍都很值得嘗試。
總的來説算是比較滿意的一次staycation，服務在線硬件優秀食物滿意，各方面都超出了預期！雄安，挺好！

MM12045****La chambre est très propre, sanitaire, et le design est très bon, en général, dans le nord, il est déjà un très bon hôtel de vacances. Les serveurs sont très gentils et enthousiastes, en particulier le service très heureux du long du voyage de chauffage et de changement chaud, et un service de belle-fille est également très bon, Carte pourrait tomber dans la chambre, elle dit qu'ils sont à la recherche, nous avons directement traité le départ, l'expérience globale est très bonne, mais je suis venu plus de cent kilomètres ici, les enfants jouent aussi très heureux, le printemps est encore là.
Un petit conseil: la soupe privée de l'hôtel, le sac de poche unique est trop épais, les deux côtés de la poche ne sont pas suffisants.

DDr LightningEverting est bon ,1e fois que je suis venu en Chine en tant qu'homme d'affaires musulman, j'ai trouvé cet hôtel dispose d'options alimentaires HALAL dans un petit déjeuner, situé près de toutes mes usines nécessaires.
Une chose doit être la gestion:
1- fumer est presque partout , même si ils ont montré le signe , ” pas de fumer ” mais personne ne s' occupe même du personnel de l' hôtel , et surtout du personnel du petit déjeuner , qui me donne également la peur et la maladie en tant que non-fumeur . Les chambres sont également fumeurs. C'est un très bon hôtel, mais pas suivant les règles de non-fumeurs. A côté de l'hôtel est un restaurant halal, il est également disponible pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Important chose qu'ils ont aussi une salle de prière.

Ttravelling with teensThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

NNamoshiThe service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit.
The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue.
We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

IInvité酒店其實整體還挺好的，開始房間感覺床上用品特別潮，於是立刻給換了房間，好評，但是第二個房間洗手間返很嚴重的腥臭味道，雖然客房服務員給提供了除味兒噴霧和芳香劑後面解決了，但是這個感覺挺不好的，另外有個槽點是房間到處是鏡子……不知道為什麼……
