L’hôtel est très récent et j’ai séjourné dans une suite très spacieuse, confortable et agréable. Tout était parfait et j’ai été très bien accueilli, de mon arrivée jusqu’à mon départ. J’ai simplement rencontré un petit problème avec le lavabo de la salle de bains (il est tout à fait normal que de petits problèmes de maintenance survennent dans un hôtel récemment ouvert), mais le plus important est la manière dont ils sont pris en charge. Le personnel de l’hôtel a été irréprochable dans la résolution de ce petit incident. En plus de tout cela, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Il a été très agréable de revoir une chambre à la fin de la nuit, il a fallu ajouter une nuit et il n'y avait absolument pas de fuss. Mary et Ada étaient particulièrement aimables et heureux de faire une conversation qui a été appréciée!

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

The hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc. The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

Je crois que mes amis et moi avons passé le Noël ici. Nous avons séjourné ici une nuit au milieu de l'hiver, dans le cadre de notre voyage routier de Pékin à Wutaishan, après les sections du Grand Mur. Les propriétaires se réveillent pour me trouver dehors, sans doute pensaient que je suis un ****** et ainsi, immédiatement ils ont éclairé leur feu dans le jardin. La température extérieure était négative, mais nous étions chauds, heureux et prêts pour le prochain jour - explorant Baishishan. Le chef nous a également montré sa grande collection de thé. Je voudrais remercier les propriétaires pour un court séjour mais très bon et je recommande très fortement.

選蘆芽庭奧威路店太明智！位置在奧威路核心區，周邊超市、餐廳齊全， 床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果好，完全不擔心吵鬧。免費雪糕、礦泉水，非常贊。 機器人服務。還額外贈送一份早餐，早餐簡單但是該有的都有。一百多塊能住到這種酒店，太貼心了！強烈推薦！

Folksy, warm, accommodating and helpful staff. They are genuinely nice people. Hotel is located close to the Baoding East train station. Very convenient for travelers. Their rates are very affordable. All in all, a very good stay for me.

La chambre est très bonne, la grande surface, large et lumineuse. Le prix est bon marché, le week-end ordinaire arrive, le prix est pas supérieur à 100, vous pouvez séjourner dans une chambre aussi grande et propre à un prix si bas et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Vous pouvez trouver un week-end, à partir de Beijing, samedi jusqu'à, séjourner ici une nuit, retourner à Beijing dimanche. Un petit village autour de lui a été embarqué pendant deux jours et une nuit.
