Bon emplacement. A une 10aine de minutes à pied de la gare/station de bus.
Ambiance générale agréable. 6ème étage aménagé en espace commun avec espace cuisine, salle de repas et terrasse. Mais aucun snacks disponibles.
Qualité de la chambre très médiocre, avec peinture décrépie. Qualité de literie épouvantable, avec des matelas pas plus épais qu'un matelas de camping, posés sur des planches de bois.
Propreté des couettes exécrable : le drap de la couette était propre, mais la couette noire de crasse. N'a sûrement jamais été lavée.
Pas de serviettes de bain fournies, à moins d'en louer.
Installation hasardeuse dans la salle bain, avec un sèche cheveux fixe au mur, qu'on est obligé d'utiliser avec les pieds mouillés puisque la douche mouille toute la salle de bain, ce qui, en cas de défaillance électrique, peut causer des situations fatales.
Le monte charge est très bruyant et dérangeant pour les chambres situées juste à côté.
Rapport qualité-prix qui ne présente aucune plus-value. Hôtel nettement plus confortable pour quelques euros supplementaires au bout de la rue.

L'emplacement est très bien, juste en face de la gare de Chiayi ! Le marché nocturne de Wenhua Road est à environ dix minutes à pied ! Et il y a un salon de thé Bayao à proximité !
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits simples et vue sur la ville cette fois-ci, mais en entrant, nous avons constaté que le type de chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous en avons donc immédiatement informé la réception, qui a immédiatement pris en charge le problème et nous a fait visiter la nouvelle chambre ! Comme le type de chambre initial n'était plus disponible, nous avons été surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre avec deux lits doubles et vue sur la ville !

Nous avons réservé deux chambres doubles et avons été directement surclassés gratuitement en deux chambres quadruples à notre arrivée. L'hôtel était globalement propre, mais j'ai constaté que les serviettes de bain usagées n'avaient pas été rangées dans le placard, je l'ai signalé au service client. et ils s'en sont occupés activement. Il y avait beaucoup d'eau dans la salle de douche, l'eau chaude était disponible rapidement et la baignade était très confortable. Il y a des marchés nocturnes et des grands magasins à proximité de l'hôtel, ainsi que du Huiyi Lifestyle Village. ce qui est idéal pour faire du shopping.

Chambre propre et convenable, bien entretenue avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. A quelques pas de la station MRT, les stations de bus sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel, prendre le bus est un bon choix cependant. Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet de 9h00 à 10h00, proposant des plats occidentaux et chinois, pas très raffinés mais suffisamment bons pour remplir votre estomac. Le marché nocturne de Ningxia est à 10-15 minutes à pied, le supermarché Carrefour est juste en face de l'hôtel.

Short walk from the train station and 15-20mins walk from the night market. But the streets have many shops and food along the way. Building is at the corner of the main road and has a family mart opposite.
The room is spacious and able to fit 2 pax or even 3 with an extra bed. But the toilet is small.
Staff is approachable albeit not the most friendly.

La ville étant assez petite, nous avons pu rejoindre la plupart des sites touristiques à pied depuis l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner proposait un large choix, mais les goûts étaient moyens et les plats chauds n'étaient pas aussi épicés que prévu.
Les services et équipements étaient basiques.

En plus d'un parking gratuit, chaque chambre est équipée d'une baignoire à utiliser. Le point culminant est le parent à 2 étages. parc d'attractions pour enfants avec des enfants N'ayez pas peur de vous ennuyer si vous venez, même si c'est payant haha.

IInvitéThe hotel design is colorful, and the location is knd of central, but it is a bit of a walk for the night market and Hinoki village.
While the shower was great with plenty of hot water, there is only a curtain to separate the shower and the toilet from the rest of the room, which make it an unpleasant experience.
And while understand not providing most of the single use items anymore, slippers would still be nice.
Breakfast was not so good. It was busy and the food run out and it took some time for them to bring more, and the options felt limited.

Ddisplay_name_We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

IInvitéC'est un hôtel confortable et classique de style ********* ! C'est super propre et le service est excellent ! Ils ont un minibar au rez-de-chaussée avec des biscuits et des sodas. La nourriture est correcte, mais variée. Nous pouvons préparer notre propre plat traditionnel local, et c'est amusant de cuisiner nos propres nouilles !
Dommage que la saison à laquelle nous sommes arrivés était trop froide, donc la piscine et le bar au plafond étaient fermés :( Mais pour nous, c'est quand même une expérience d'hébergement parfaite. Il y a aussi plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité ! Je recommande vivement !)

However, when we arrived around 1pm, we had to wait until 3pm to check in, as early check-in wasn’t allowed, which was a bit disappointing. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the drainage system, but they thoughtfully provided an air freshener. The triple room’s bathroom was a bit small, probably due to the design, and lacked space to hang clothes. The location is very convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to Chiayi Train Station. One of the best parts of the stay was the luggage storage service — since we were heading to Alishan the next day, we could leave our large suitcases at the hotel overnight and pick them up when we returned. Also, the nearby restaurant serving Chiayi meat soup is great — definitely worth a try!

AAndy 888Good location but slightly run down hotel. Need to uplift overall hotel conditions especially hotel room and walkway to the room. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Quality of breakfast require to improve such as served warm food rather than cold dishes. Lastly I went for toast to avoid disappointment. Not really suitable for international tourists.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

IInvitéL'hôtel est très confortable, à quelques pas de la gare de Chiayi, avec petit Nord-Population et un 7-11 à proximité. Le personnel était ami et attentif. Ils nous ont permis de stocker nos bagages avant l'entrée et après l'entrée, ce qui a facilité notre voyage. Ils ont également quitté leur chemin pour préparer des pièges supplémentaires quand nous les avons demandés, et ils étaient prêts à la date de notre retour du dîner.
Le petit déjeuner buffet a offert une variété d'options occidentales et *********. Bien que la nourriture était décente, elle remplissait assez pour commencer notre journée. L'hôtel est également à pied dans le marché de la nuit 15-minute, ce qui permet d'explorer facilement les aliments et les magasins locaux.
La famille et moi avons séjourné ici avant et après notre voyage à la Montagne Ali, et nous avons même prolongé notre séjour en raison d'un typhon.
