The staff have helped us with anything that we needed, made sure we got a table for dinner on Valentine’s Day and have all gone above and beyond what you expect anywhere. Try to book the upper floors for privacy as there are large windows in the rooms. Location of the villa is really central and smack in the tourist belt.

IInvitéThis is a new hotel within walking distance of the great wall and food street. Around the corner there are tons of eateries, you won't have trouble finding dinner here. Check-in was smooth and the rooms are brand new and super clean. This hotel had the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in China. Great coffee, and it included local dishes and snacks (the seaweed filled cookies are so good!). Staff was attentive, and would help you whenever they can, and you get a small token of appreciation during checkout (cookies!) I wish I had a bit more time in Linhai, and this hotel was part of the reason!
