Hôtels avec Wi-Fi à Qingyuan

Nous avons passé 3 nuits avec des enfants. Inscription: très facile et très facile. L'anglais parle Anna Zhang était très utile et nous a donné une tour d'orientation. Elle a également ajouté notre WeChat pour que nous puissions contacter pour tout problème. Chambres: Grand et balcon sur le lac.Nous sommes deux adultes et 3 enfants nous avons besoin de 2 chambres avec 2 lits chacun. Activités: Les activités du soir ont été amusantes. Les hôtels offrent des bons pour certaines activités gratuitement. Certains ont besoin d'une redevance qui sont assez coûteuses. Comme le bateau sur le lac ou la bicyclette. Gym: bien équipé pour un gym de l'hôtel. Club et terrain de jeu pour enfants : tout était bon. Clean et nous allons rester. Je n'ai pas utilisé les restaurants ou j'ai eu le petit déjeuner inclus, donc je ne peux pas le rattraper. Bonne expérience globale

The view is very beautiful to look at, especially at night where the lights shine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym which is really good when you want to have a workout. The service here is great and the people here at this hotel is very nice. Come here if you get a chance, too.

Location is just right next to the Gulongxia. Room is spacious, just the bath area was a little bit too small. Try their beef brisket noodles during the breakfast time, it’s delicious.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Je suis arrivé tard, mais le personnel de la réception, Xiao Xie, était très sympathique. Félicitez-la. Les serviettes étaient très douces et la piscine était bien entretenue avec de l'eau propre. Le petit déjeuner était décevant car le restaurant était un peu exigu. C'est un endroit idéal pour amener les enfants car il y a un espace où vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner, vous promener et voir des lapins, des écureuils, des oiseaux et des poulets. La propreté générale et le service de l'hôtel en font un endroit qui mérite d'être visité à nouveau. Recommandé👍

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, le stationnement est pratique, il y a suffisamment de places de parking en surface et en sous-sol et il y a des fermes à proximité de l'hôtel où vous pouvez manger du poulet rôti, etc. La chambre est propre et hygiénique, mais l'eau chaude et froide de la salle de douche est instable, parfois froide et parfois chaude. L'eau chaude devient soudainement très chaude pendant la douche. Cela doit être amélioré.

Je suis très satisfait de la réception et des chambres d'hôtes. Ils font du très bon travail et sont chaleureux et généreux. Mais j’ai rencontré quelque chose qui, personnellement, je pense que cela ne devrait pas arriver ! Lorsque nous sommes allés au restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner le matin, un de vos serveurs a fait quelque chose de mal. Après tout, nous sommes des invités dans votre hôtel ! Et cela comprenait le petit-déjeuner, mais avant notre départ, elle était en train de fermer la vaisselle. Était-elle occupée à quitter le travail ? Ou chasser les invités ? Ou pensez-vous que les invités devraient arrêter de manger ? J'ai voyagé dans la majeure partie de la Chine et j'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels Hilton. C'était la première fois que je rencontrais cette situation et j'étais un peu sans voix !

This is my favourite hotel chain in China. In Qingyuan ATOUR staying for the second time. Very calm and quiet there. I especially like their comfortable beds especially the pillows.

A wonderful family resort to bring kids to with a huge indoor playroom that my kids went twice to. A short walk to the safari theme park next door with a variety of animals to feed. All staff were extremely friendly and proactively tries hard when you have a question or a request.

Ge Hao holiday hotel has been renamed as KYRIAD MARVELOUS HOTEL.. It is centrally situated within the shopping mall.Many restaurants. It is within short walk to all busy shops & restaurants. In fact this hotel was built in the OLD Qingyuan city.. The counter staffs helpful , and teach us how to log into wifi. I had stayed here 14 years ago. Night market open daily just nearby. The hotel rate is affordable for us seniors.
