the resort is just what we needed away from the bustling city of Guangzhou! Just around 2hours from Guangzhou and you’ll experience a piece of Guilin. The staff and the concierge are the best! They arranged car for us and gave us tickets to the nearby attractions! Will definitely beback in a different season!

A place to stay in Qingyuan , excellent team sits in front desk, no words to say on their dedication and guidance. It’s a brand new hotel but their attitude and supportive mind is like more than 10 years experience folks. We actually had bad experiences in previous hotel and vacated before the checkout date and booked this by afraid , but after entered and by seeing their support and flexible in check in and check out ( as our train is in night time) we wondered and really appreciable. The rooms are very big and we got free upgrade and rooms had 65 inch TV with 8K quality and there is no more word on the entertainment. Morning breakfast was awesome and both western and Chinese’s , we enjoyed having food and then went to lobby for time pass and fresh air and we played over there for 2 hours with kids . The hotel is very clean 10 out of 10 and rooms and size is 10 out of 10 , the rest rooms are having all amenities and all are 5 star level . We travelled so many places in China and Athens in all types of star hotels but this is the best exceptional one . The main thing if you stay here you may forgot to go out of your way to planned for any attraction as this hotel has more than that. Don’t miss it and we may come again to stay in this hotel for next holiday , forgot to mention during breakfast the chef ( some lady) she was helpingus more on selecting food and preparing read and other food etc… that was awesome , also the food and beverage manager was helped us to get cappuccino and overall we enjoyed our stay , wised to extend but return ticket to our country is diddfcult so not extended but as said earlier , for sure we will be back for next vacation . La position géographique et le design sont très louables! Le peuple est construit dans une boisson, l'environnement est calme, l'air est frais et confortable! Et vous pouvez prendre des petits animaux domestiques ensemble pour séjourner, c'est si amiable! J'ai réservé 4 nuits ensuite pour voir le soleil sortir. Je suis désolé de dormir tous les jours. Je n'ai pas pu voir le soleil sortir! Le petit jardin est construit le long du bord du soleil, il est siégé sur le petit balcon, le pic est magnifique, malheureusement, il est possible de regarder le passager se débarrasser de la peau (le peuple envoie les clients pour jouer au projet de plongée), le programme est riche! Le village de la population est également très proche de la zone de paysage autour de lui. Nous avons été à la station de la caverne et de la montagne de la montagne de Liu Feng, et nous avons joué à la circulation très excitante! Le poulet de la population est très délicieux, plus délicieux que les agriculteurs dehors! Le gestionnaire est très enthousiasmé et le service est très attentif; Nous avons également reçu beaucoup de nouveaux bétons (de la noix de coton) et de feuilles de béton de l'Inde, rhizome, et remontés à la maison!

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

Glamping in China I loved the business project in whole, it’s brilliant, location, gorgeous view of sugarloaf mountains, air quality, forest and wildlife + real tea plantations and the general idea of connecting the ancient tradition of tea making and enjoying with the family outdoors and holiday activities. But. When it comes to the reality and routine you face the challenges and imperfections. First, I booked the tent with the request to accommodate my family far from other visitors and traffic. Unfortunately, we were given a tent that literally was situated at the main road with doors opened to the public route, while all other tents oriented towards the tea plantation. We were disappointed, because at another tent we were asked to add 100 yuan more, since it was equipped with a bathroom. More than that, it was booked too, so instead of nice stay 3 days/nights at one place, we had to move out next noon, wait for the check -in at around 13 pm and settle again at another tent. I deeply appreciate the efforts the manager made to please us. But I wish we could skip all that unnecessary waste of time, not mentioning packing luggage of 4 people for 2-3 times. Next complication is about Chinese culture being close to each other- tents are located side by side, 8 tents all reserved, lots of kids, all noisy, all moving at the same spot+ other visitors freely enter the area and it adds to the crowds. So we had a complete silence only after 11 pm and from the early morning it was already packed with new travelers. The heaters are great, yet also noisy, the bathroom is beautiful and modern, even with dyson alike hair dryer, but users don’t care about others, don’t close the shower cabin while washing, so the entire room becomes a marsh. We enjoyed our breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant , the food and service was outstanding ! There’s great quality bedding , linen is awesome, mattresses and pillows are fantastic . All amenities are of a premium quality, just like at the 5 * hotel. Electric car shuttles are helpful and always there for you. But the best part of the place is its tea, black tea, it’s a splendor ! We drank it for 3 days and it’s never enough , so good. Make sure you buy some to get home. Local ice cream with the milk tea flavor is one of a kind!

During a recent stay with my family at a hotel that had its share of both merits and drawbacks, we found several aspects worthy of note. The location proved to be quite convenient, situated 15 minutes by car from the nearest train station, 清遠站, and with a variety of popular restaurants and supermarkets merely 10 minutes away. Additionally, it takes around 30 minutes to reach 劍潭站 and 古龍峽, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The ease of hailing taxis and the availability of food delivery further enhance the overall convenience of this establishment. The cost of accommodation is particularly appealing, priced at around HKD 170 per room per night for three guests, which is quite economical in the current market. The room itself was neat, tidy, and clean, though I did notice some dirt along the edges of the floor. It would also be wise for guests to bring their own towels, as the amenities provided are basic and do not include a refrigerator, limiting options for storing beverages. For members of the hotel, a complimentary breakfast is offered for one person; however, it is advisable to manage expectations, as the breakfast selection is rather simple. On a positive note, the hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating, displaying a willingness to meet various requests, such as providing extra bottles of water and additional duvets—services that are not commonly found in more budget-oriented establishments. In conclusion, while the hotel has its drawbacks, particularly regarding room amenities and breakfast options, its strategic location, affordability, and the helpfulness of the staff make it a reasonable choice for families seeking a convenient stay.

We stayed in the villa room the first night as we were travelling with kids and elderly. As the villa is not available on the 2nd night so we changed to two hotel rooms for the 2nd night. We enjoyed the villa room a lot more as the other hotel room booked for the elderly has a strong smoking smell even at the corridor. The hotel should strictly impose non-smoking floors. Overall kids enjoy the amenities but there were a lot people smoking at the hotel lobby. What we didn't like the most and for the low rating is that at the Chinese restaurant of the hotel, we deliberately asked the staff if the restaurant allows smoking or not and they said they have non-smoking policy. However, the table next to us had 2 men smoking. Though we raised this to the staff and they reminded the other guests, there was no use and they continued to smoke so we had to finish quickly. This was such a non pleasant experience.

L'hôtel est certes un peu ancien, mais il est bien entretenu et la propreté des chambres est satisfaisante. La suite familiale, avec une chambre, un salon et deux salles de bain, est assez spacieuse et plutôt bien pour les familles. Elle dispose de deux balcons, mais comme nous étions en rez-de-chaussée, la vue était presque entièrement obstruée. Cependant, un gros point négatif concerne les odeurs d'égout peu après notre arrivée. D'abord, la salle de bain du salon a commencé à puer, rendant tout le salon malodorant. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception qui a pris des dispositions. Le soir, l'odeur du salon était partie, mais c'est celle de la salle de bain de la chambre qui a commencé à se faire sentir, puis peu après, l'odeur du salon est revenue. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour n'était pas satisfaisant à cause de ces odeurs, probablement dues à des problèmes de plomberie liés à l'ancienneté du bâtiment. En revanche, le personnel de service était très bien : le soir, nos demandes d'eau et de serviettes supplémentaires ont été satisfaites rapidement. Peut-être à cause des vacances du 1er mai, le petit-déjeuner buffet nécessitait de faire la queue et d'entrer par roulement, avec peu de choix de plats et beaucoup de monde, ce qui a rendu l'expérience désagréable.

Installations : Infrastructures bien équipées, idéales pour les activités nautiques et les sources chaudes. Propreté : Propre et bien rangé, le personnel de ménage était très aimable et serviable. Environnement : L’hôtel présente une architecture inspirée de la dynastie Song, idéale pour les réunions de famille et les activités de groupe. Le lac aux eaux cristallines, où le ciel se confond, est un lieu véritablement photogénique ! On se croirait transporté aux Maldives en un instant. Service : Le personnel de ménage et les hôtesses étaient tous deux très aimables et serviables !
