« Staff was not that adjusting. They wanted a visa invitation letter which is the first time in 20 years a hotel has asked. Luckily I had somewhere In my email otherwise they would not allow checkin. In breakfast there was no staff at all to help. When I finally got someone from outside and asked for cold or room temperature milk, they outright denied. When pushed couple of times she went Inside and got a glass full for my cereal. Lazy staff. »

IInvitéMy stay at Sorl Bund Hotel in Rui’an, Wenzhou was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team, including the housekeeping staff, was incredibly well-mannered and helpful — and in a rare display of genuine hospitality, they didn’t accept any tips, which truly reflects their integrity and service culture.
The rooms are spacious at 40 sqm, offering plenty of comfort and a lovely view from the window. It’s also conveniently located with a McDonald’s right next door, which came in handy for quick meals.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rui’an. Clean, courteous, and convenient — I gladly give them 5 stars

Le personnel de service est enthousiaste. Parce que je suis sensible aux odeurs, ils m'ont spécialement montré. chambre et aménagé une chambre non-fumeur dont j'ai été satisfait. J'ai été très patient à propos de la chambre. Les chambres humides et sèches sont séparées. La baignoire n'est pas grande mais suffisante pour que je puisse prendre un bain. Le petit-déjeuner propose des options chinoises et occidentales. . Je préfère toujours le style chinois. J'avais des wontons et des haricots fraîchement préparés... Il y a beaucoup de choix Oui, cela peut être un déjeuner, la réception vous demandera si votre voiture est garée sur le parking. . Ils scanneront le code de stationnement gratuit, il est donc très pratique de sortir sans aucune obstruction. Je choisirai cet hôtel la prochaine fois que j'aurai l'occasion de venir, je suis satisfait, satisfait.
