La voiture était garée sur le parking de la porte nord, puis une petite navette est venue nous chercher à l'hôtel. Mon fils adore manger un snack préparé au rez-de-chaussée. Lorsque la femme du patron l'a appris, elle nous en a offert à notre départ, ainsi que du thé local séché et des petits biscuits. « We spend two nights in this beautiful hotel. The staff does not speak english but uses translater apps to communicate and is very friendly. The grounds are very special and beautiful, with history but modern at the same time. Our room had a beautiful view to the garden in the back of the building, we could see the trees from our bed. The breakfast was buffet and very tasty, with a lot of variety. There are ebikes at the door, which is very covinient. We would get up early every morning and go to yuling to see the sunrise before having breakfast. We loved our time here and will miss it a lot. »

SStein in tourThe entire hostel's decor perfectly embodies the distinctive style of Huizhou architecture in China, making it truly unique! The rooms are quiet and comfortable, offering a scenic view of the river opposite the ancient Huizhou town. Unfortunately, I injured my foot during the trip before i arrived the hostel. Before I went to the hospital for bandaging, the owner not only kindly provided me with first aid supplies free of charge but also helped carry my luggage up to the third floor. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos, and the surrounding area offers a wide variety of delicious local food. Highly recommended! However, it might not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues, as the inn does not have an elevator, but for younger couples or family with kids, here is really a nice place to overnight!

VVegan in ChinaI would travel back to Huizhou JUST to stay at this Homestay again! Like many of the reviews, the host, 汪新 Wangxin is incredibly kind and has a wonderful traveller's spirit. She speaks great English which is a rare luxury in these parts, and gives great recommendations! I was here filming for social media and she even set up a meeting for me with tourism board officials, really going out of her way. They also offered me a lunch for free and upgraded my room when I spoke Chinese 😜. The room itself is simple but comfy, and I absolutely adored the rooftop and lobby decorations! If you travel for the people (and kittiea!) over the attractions, this is a must visit!

CCallie:)We had such an amazing stay at Yinju hotel!!! The hotel itself is beautiful and right inside Huizhou Ancient Town. You could not ask for a better location. The owner of the hotel was so incredibly kind and helpful, it felt more like staying at an extended family member’s house than a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel around Huangshan.

IInvitéThe location is exceptionally strategic where it is easy to roam around the village or to get the view of the village from the opposite side. The owner is very nice, soft-spoken and came out to pick me up after my driver gave him a call in advance. He also introduced to me several strategic spots to take pic while on the way to the hotel but at that time I was too tired to pay attention. Meals i.e. dinner and breakfast were with them, and I would say it is excellent especially breakfast comes with an exceptionally great view.

It is specialized for cycling and has a western style kitchen to offer from cappuccino to apple crumble and even ice cream. We love this place and come back every year at least once. They offer easy pick up service and around the village is a river to dip in and also rice paddies for an easy hike. Additionally they offer workshops at wildhomestay. The receptionist took ages to process my foreigner passport which was a tad annoying but eventually it was done.
