L'accès au TLR est très proche et se fait par un passage couvert. Le centre commercial à proximité que vous pouvez emprunter par le LRT est Lotus et IOI Puchong est à un arrêt. « Tout était superbe, j'ai séjourné ici mais je n'ai pas vu quand la piscine était propre. Cela suppose de veiller à la propreté de la piscine tous les jours. Le comptoir des serviettes est ouvert à certaines heures et n'a pas ouvert le matin. L'Espira Kinrara devrait améliorer la propreté de la piscine car c'était la seule attraction là-bas. »

« My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again.

Recently staying the WiFi is not functioning well as the signal shown 1 bar and keep on fluctuating to zero signal. Hope the management look into the issues. »

IInvitéWent for a concert near Bukit Jalil, the location was great as it was near Kinrara LRT with just 5 minutes walking distance. Take LRT for another 5 stations would reach the Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Good for those going to concert.
Plenty of parking space available and restaurants or Family Mart available at the same row. Speak of disadvantages, the sound proofing was not good, i could heard speaking noise from room beside and corridor, door closing sound. Also no enough amenities was provided.

Only is the wifi weak that unable to connected to tablet..after connected smartphone also sometime have and sometime unable to internet that my room is located at 3rd level..So if have own roaming internet then would be no problem..Overall I still is satisfied on these hotel..Highly recommendation..

🛏️ Room & Comfort:
We booked two deluxe rooms side by side, and they were super clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were comfy (which we appreciated after walking all day), and there was enough space to hang out, play cards, or just wind down with music. Air conditioning was strong, and the Wi-Fi worked well — which is always a win.
🎒 Perfect for Groups:
They were really accommodating to group requests. We asked for connecting or side-by-side rooms and got them without hassle. Plus, the hotel had a casual vibe — not too strict — so we didn’t feel awkward being a bit noisy (within reason of course). There was even a lounge area in the lobby where we hung out while waiting for rides or food delivery.
🍳 Food & Drinks:
Breakfast was included, and it was surprisingly good! A mix of local dishes and basic Western options like eggs, toast, and fruits. Coffee was decent too. If you’re not into hotel food, there were plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking or delivery distance.
📍 Location:
Super convenient. We were close to shops, restaurants, and some nightlife spots. Everything was either walkable or just a short Grab ride away. We never felt stuck or too far from anything fun.
🧼 Cleanliness & Service:
The hotel was really clean, and daily housekeeping kept things fresh. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed extra towels or had questions.
💰 Value for Money:
For the price we paid (split among friends), it was 100% worth it. Not luxury-level, but comfortable, clean, and fun — just what you need for a good time without breaking the bank.
🎉 Overall Vibe:
Chill, friendly, and ideal for groups. Not too uptight, not too rowdy — just right. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if we’re doing another friends’ trip.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe door locked was not working with the smart card. I had to call the reception and she send her Indian stuff with the key. It open with the key and the card was used for power supply activation instead. The shower floor was slippery and slimy. The towels grouting were dirty. The beddings were yellowish and not exactly hygienic looking. I was given,moldy spotty towel which I requested for exchange. They sent me a new towel, but forgot to take back the moldy towel.. no water replenishment and housekeeping, the second day onwards. no wonder this hotel still had rooms to offer when others were fully booked in the area for the Diwali long weekend.

MMok TMA boutique hotel which is small, yet it's clean and comfortable. Good for short term stays as it is inexpensive. Location is strategic at Puteri 2 and many restaurants, shops, banks and cafes around. You'll be spoilt for choices.
Check in and out was convenient with refundable RM50 deposit. Parking is at public lots which you need to pay on weekdays but it's free on weekends and public holidays.
Will repeat my stay when in the area.
