Le centre commercial à proximité que vous pouvez emprunter par le LRT est Lotus et IOI Puchong est à un arrêt. Tout était superbe, j'ai séjourné ici mais je n'ai pas vu quand la piscine était propre. Cela suppose de veiller à la propreté de la piscine tous les jours. Le comptoir des serviettes est ouvert à certaines heures et n'a pas ouvert le matin. L'Espira Kinrara devrait améliorer la propreté de la piscine car c'était la seule attraction là-bas.

Fantastic Hotel and very convenient for everything. So nearby to nearby eateries and many big supermarkets around. Convenient parking. Hotel Room is very clean and properly maintained ALTHOUGH a little old and NeedD to be upgraded especially the beddings and toilet. Will definitely come Back to This Hotel Anytime i visit Puchong or KL. Hotel staffs are fantastic. Very friendky and accomodative... keep it up!👍

Customer service also very good and friendly. The room also clean even small standard room for 2 person. Also strategic location in puchong, near by Mall and restaurant. WiFi connection speed up to 300mbps, very amazing. Will come again.

Went for a concert near Bukit Jalil, the location was great as it was near Kinrara LRT with just 5 minutes walking distance. Take LRT for another 5 stations would reach the Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Good for those going to concert.
Plenty of parking space available and restaurants or Family Mart available at the same row. Speak of disadvantages, the sound proofing was not good, i could heard speaking noise from room beside and corridor, door closing sound. Also no enough amenities was provided.

IInvitéThe king-size bed is super comfy! The place is clean, bright, and well-maintained. All the furniture is spotless, especially the bedsheets, which are fresh and tidy. (It’s totally okay for me — but for someone who’s super OCD, it might be case by case, ya!)
One thing to note is the free parking — it can be a bit confusing at first. You can scan in with any card, but before exiting, you’ll need to validate the same card at the counter. When your vehicle reaches the exit barrier, don’t drive out immediately (even if the gate is open), make sure to scan your card before leaving.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe door locked was not working with the smart card. I had to call the reception and she send her Indian stuff with the key. It open with the key and the card was used for power supply activation instead. The shower floor was slippery and slimy. The towels grouting were dirty. The beddings were yellowish and not exactly hygienic looking. I was given,moldy spotty towel which I requested for exchange. They sent me a new towel, but forgot to take back the moldy towel.. no water replenishment and housekeeping, the second day onwards. no wonder this hotel still had rooms to offer when others were fully booked in the area for the Diwali long weekend.

IInvitéI was just stayed for a night. Unfortunately need to improve the cleanliness of this hotel. Most the items were rusted. Please get some new towels instead of using the old towels. The door of room was super hard open and close so maintenance crew please fix it. Otherwise friendly front desk. One more thing hard to find parking seems it’s a busy area.
