Its not my first time staying at the Concorde Shah Alam. Every year during ramadan i will come here and stay for one night. Basically i got the room that i want with the view of the mosque. Our room is near the elevator. The room was tad small but still good. The sahur food was good too. The check in and check out also smooth. Before this the parking was not charge but this time around after they changed the system we were charge RM3 after we checkout. Kinda weird coz we are the guest. So its no longer free parking even for the guest.

We went to check in at 3pm but the room wasn't ready until 4pm. Idk if they're short staff or what, only one receptionist and one housekeeping at that time, the receptionist had to help the housekeeper to clean and ready the room. Receptionist good at handling crisis even we are still mad. Otherwise all is good. Room is very clean and no noisy sound. Elevator is available.

Generally a clean, quiet place to spend the night. The queen sized bed was clean with nice fluffy pillows, although the mattress' springs are getting slightly squeaky. The toilet and bath surprisingly large in comparison to some established hotels. Shower had very good water pressure.
It was however a little cramped to walk about in the room as the available space between the bed and the walls are about 1.5 feet wide.. luggage placed on floors and I could not utilise the ”closet” as the hanging place is right above the tiny ”table” that stores the kettle, cups etc. I made do utilizing the hangers provided and just hung my clothes behind the room door.
In short, it served the purpose to have a clean quiet place to sleep for a night at an affordable price.

It was a last minute stay as we had an emergency and need to find a place to stay nearby. The initial room we checked in had some issues with drainage clogging. We requested to change to another room and the hotel agreed and gave us a different room. However the new room also has drainage clogging issues though not as bad. Other than that, the location was conveniently close to everything and it had ample parking spaces. Just hope the housekeeping will remember to always clean the drains in the toilet before new guests check in to prevent clogging and overflowing.

Arrived @11pm and the checked in was smooth and fast. Got high floor room on 3rd floor. Cleanliness acceptable and the aircond was good though. No free parking provided. You have to use apps to pay the for the parking from 8-5pm. This hotel has lift. So no problem for olders.

During checkin there misunderstading due to the reception said i booke a standard room but i show her my booking confirmation stated i booked deluxe room (with window). Then she arrange the deluxe room for me. Our room at 4th floor same level with recption. Overall its OK.

Its location is strategic, near to mosque and malls. Cleanliness is quite good, just got stain and dust on bedsheet which i dont prefer. Room spacious but the shampoo or liquid shower so limited with unpleasant smell. The wifi coverage also not so good and stable. But overall I am satisfied for a gathering with my high school sweethearts

I'm not sure if this was a misleading detail from Trip.com to attract customers or an issue from the hotel itself, but I did not receive the expected view. Additionally, the room was quite noisy due to the fan, even at its lowest setting. I could also hear loud footsteps from the upper level until 11 PM, as well as noise from people coming in and out of the rooms and from outside the building. Instead of the anticipated view, my room faced another building. The food was decent, though the variety was limited. However, the service was friendly overall, and the dining area manager was particularly kind. Despite the room feeling slightly outdated with an old-fashioned ambiance, it is still a suitable place for families to stay.

IInvitéWe stayed at Glenmarie Hotel for a night cos we need to take a domestic flight out from Subang Airport. The hotel resort has been renovated with more modern touch although the exterior building looks dated. The Deluxe King room is very spacious and clean with all the amenities provided. Plus point is that is near to Subang airport which is less than 15 mins away. HAs wide breakfast buffet spread and they are good. Service at reception and restaurant is highly commendable. Will recommend for those who would need to catch flights from Subang airport.

comfortable and well-appointed room, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
Not the least the ambiance, cozy rest areas, great view, great front office and house keeping staffs, not to mention fantastic food.
I am definitely coming back to the hotel in the near future, probably to do a full review with plenty of photos.

Ils ont juste dit de cette gamme à cette gamme. Je ne sais que pendant le checkout. La salle de club est jolie. J'aime le bain. Certaines des lumières ne fonctionnent pas celle qui est plus proche de la zone de garde-robe.

Le même jour, nous devons les appeler pour les guides où collecter la clé de l'appartement. il faut appeler quelques fois. collecter à un bloc différent au bloc B1 mais rester au bloc E. Une des chambres au niveau 27, Room No 19 having their refrigerator problem. when you on it, leaking will happen & floor will be wet. my suggestion to look into another hotel near i-city theme park instead of this apartment.
