Best for families, close to retail park, few nice places for kids, infolate, bowling etc nearby. Best hot chocolate all day serve free of charge. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay again if going with family. Nice , fresh breakfast. Free parking.

Last minute booking, and staff were really helpful. Clean, comfy, everything you expect from a Holiday Inn.

Located outside of Inverness but nearby a retail park with everything required for a road trip top up.

Generally speaking, hotel prices in the Inverness area are just silly and inflated through pure greed! HIE provides good rooms at a good price. The hotel is well located, breakfast is included and I would definitely stay again. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at check in and breakfast.

Close to UHI for campus visits. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice walk into city centre.

The hotel is a little far from all the POIs. But it next to a retail center with with many options for shopping/eating out. Choose this place only if you have a car

Holiday inn express Inverness never lets us down. We have been coming to this hotel for years. Great location to shops and restaurants. Great accommodation and fantastic breakfast.
