Avis : Weil Hotel Ipoh

Emplacement idéal, juste à côté du centre commercial Ipoh Parade. La chambre était propre et on pouvait remplir sa bouteille d'eau gratuitement. Le gel douche et le shampoing étaient également de bonne qualité. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un séjour de luxe à Ipoh !

Hôtel propre et idéalement situé à côté d'un grand centre commercial. À seulement 10-15 minutes de l'aéroport. Le petit-déjeuner est toutefois perfectible.

Bon hôtel, relié à Ipoh Parade. À proximité de quelques bons salons de massage. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, mais la qualité laissait à désirer : les fruits étaient généralement les mêmes, le café au lait était médiocre, tandis que les cafés occidentaux étaient meilleurs. La chambre était spacieuse et généralement confortable. L'eau de la salle de bain était filtrée et on pouvait la remplir avec les bouteilles en verre fournies. Le réfrigérateur n'était pas vraiment froid. Brosse à dents non fournie.

J'ai accidentellement laissé tomber ma carte de chambre et je me suis adressé au réceptionniste pour obtenir de l'aide. Il m'a alors mentionné que nous avions signé les conditions générales lors de l'enregistrement, et qu'une amende était prévue en cas de perte de la carte. Aucune empathie n'a été manifestée et aucun souci de retour à la chambre n'a été exprimé, ni aucune offre d'accompagnement n'a été faite pour nous. J'ai dû me rappeler où j'avais laissé ma carte de chambre. Par chance, j'ai retrouvé ma carte de chambre après 30 minutes de marche autour d'Ipoh Parade. Merci de lui apprendre à améliorer son service client, ou de rester à la réception sans rien faire.

Le service est vraiment mauvais. Le personnel de la réception est terriblement incompétent et impatient. Le personnel à l'enregistrement n'a rien mentionné au sujet du petit-déjeuner, pourtant inclus. Réfléchissez-y à deux fois avant de séjourner dans cet hôtel. C'est cher et le service est totalement inacceptable. Ils ont même fait l'impasse sur le ménage un jour. Soupirs ! Cet hôtel est de pire en pire. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Excellent emplacement près de l'aéroport avec une belle vue. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique, et le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais perfectible. Cependant, la chambre n'était pas insonorisée, ce qui posait problème de bruit extérieur, et le lavabo des toilettes présentait des problèmes d'évacuation.

Good location connected to a mall. A bit of walking distance to local attraction like Concubine lane etc. Good breakfast spread and a simple supper of porridge, sweet soup and soya bean drink. Easy to move around using Grab.

It’s just 12 mins drive from the airport. The hotel room is clean and spacious with comfortable beddings. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Celebrated my anniversary here, Weil Hotel delivered more than my expectations right from checking in. Location is right next to a mall. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was good, there is a special touch to provide complimentary supper of congee and sweet soup. There is also Netflix and Youtube on its TV for earlier nights in the room. Only comment is that the washroom flush strength is a little weak for my room. Absolutely left a last impression of Ipoh as a first time visitor. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit again.

Overall, my recent stay at your hotel had some truly delightful aspects, alongside an area where I believe there's significant room for improvement. The ambience of the rooms was absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort they provided. A particular highlight for me was the bath gel – the white tea and camellia scent was so captivating that I actually purchased it to use at home! It's rare to find such a memorable amenity. However, I was not very keen on the front counter service. I found it to be too cold and not particularly friendly or welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and I believe that the initial impression at the front desk is crucial for guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. I would strongly suggest improvising your front counter service. By fostering a warmer and more approachable demeanor, your staff can ensure that guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the very start of their hotel experience.

Hotel location is next to a shopping mall where you can get groceries easily. You can order a grab car to go every where easily. The hotel room is spacious and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is long queue even at 10am, buffet spread is ok only and taste so so only. The parking is complimentary for in-house guest.

Good locality with great hospitality service given including superb breakfast

Could not log into the Wifi and was treated like I am a tech *****. Sent the bellboy to help me until I show them the issue then they get an IT guy to help me resolve the issue by logging into their own secure network (not the one usually for guest). For this kind of pricing, I really didn't expect this kind of lousy service.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities was superb — everything was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, which truly made the stay relaxing and pleasant. The service from the front desk and housekeeping teams was commendable — courteous and efficient. The location is also strategic, with easy access to shopping and local attractions. Fantastic view from rooftop.. I really enjoy sunset fall down from rooftop..
