Avis : The Happy 8 Retreat

there is no wifi, room is dirty and hot and there's a lot of mosquitoes as well, there is no person as well at the reception to assist guest upon arrival, and we didn’t stay there and the owner refuse to refund , just ask to return the key . It’s not a hotel and not even an hot stay , owner just end you the WhatsApp Vedio and ask t9 Collect the key .

The location and concept was great. However lack maintenance (there were some webs and dust on the wall) and no basic amenities like TV and kettle in the room. It was only available in common area. The water heater switch was also at the common area and we were not informed earlier. Daily cleaning of room need to inform if needed else the room will not be cleaned and we were told after instead of prior. The bed need an upgrade as well
