Les installations de la maison sont très récentes, le personnel de service est chaleureux et sympathique, le transport est très pratique, le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est également très bon, c'est très bien que vous preniez un taxi ou que vous marchiez, cela vaut la peine de le recommander !

Séjour très positif - intérieur neuf et chic et excellent service client. J'ai demandé à la réception de m'aider à appeler un bain de soufre pour une réservation et il n'a pas hésité à m'aider.

The beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The room is so comfy with a nice river view. Meanwhile, the staff is so helpful and friendly, especially the front desk Nini. 😊

When we arrived at the hotel, the manager welcomed us including the receptionist (Lasha). He was an amazing person who helped my stay very comfortable. He helped my order food and made sure everything was very comfortable. This goes the same for hotel manager Mariam. She offered us a room change to a higher level with amazing views when requested. She made sure our stay was very comfortable and ensured everything to our likings. Our trip was short however the amazing hotel made it worth every penny.

The house facilities are very new, the service staff is warm and friendly, the transportation is very convenient, and the hotel breakfast is also very good. Whether you take a taxi or walk, it is very good and worth recommending! Specifically Mr: Rana Ramzan house keeper

裝飾明亮，設施齊全，早餐豐富，窗外景色絕佳！ 但80%服務員缺少微笑，可能不是他們的錯，是民族性格或蘇聯遺風？對陌生人板著臉比較多，想起匈牙利和舊東德城市。 另外去舊城區直線距離雖然不遠，但城市馬路對步行者不友好，走過去有點累。 如果多一些smile，我會更加推薦這家酒店！
