Hotel Gipfelherz Ischgl

Totally rude staff (the blonde woman that handled the reception - guess she is the owner). Yelling at me after I moved my car from parking, having a second set of car keys with me. One set had to stay at the reception, as they are double parking the cars and you are dependent then on their bus to go in and out of the town. Bad attitude, totally unsustainable for this business.

The blonde receptionist should be fired immediately, she is the rudest person on this planet , tried to extract €1000 extra for accommodation that had already been agreed and paid for , €50 fine for damaging a plastic keycard , €200 to wash a pillow case , ignorant , rude , corrupt.

From the moment we arrived in the hotel the hotel manager ( blonde woman) was unbelievably rude its disgusting - constantly shouting at and treating my group like children! She is a vile person - the hotel itself would be nice if she had been even the slightest bit nice! She doesn't like English people as we had someone from Portugal in our group and she liked her because she wasn't English this is the managers words not mine! The shuttle to and from the ski lifts won't wait for 30 seconds for you at the lift or hotel they will drive off and refuse to come back for you and shout at you! She then continued to call people in my group ****** and stupid and threatened to call the police over everything! When one person in the group took 4 extra towels for the room and then returned the towel she shouted at them demanded them to pay £100 which they refused for obvious reasons as nothing was damaged lost or anything - £100 to wash 4 towels she is deluded - The later on in the trip we started to feel ill and then found it was from mold on the bed! - Just please save yourself the trauma and don't go to this hotel!

From the moment I arrived at the Hotel the lady made everyone feel unwelcome and on edge. The breakfast was different cuts of the same cheese with some and a toaster that didn't make toast. Worst of all was being charged £100 for taking 4 small towels to our room and then being locked out of our hotel room for refusing to pay this ridiculous fine. Don't do it to yourself. Really loud at night, people banging in the hallways, people shouting at 4am, banging on windows, breakfast was poor. I’ve travelled so I know continental, this Breakfast was barely representative of a county let alone a continent. Awful, gross meats, no eggs, seeded stale breads. Quite liked the rooms but the racket, debauchery and general annoyance from the other guests to the rude woman made it a horrible experience, if you’re going to Austria, just don’t bother

Absolutely abysmal, rude woman despite my politeness, loud noises throughout the night, poor transfers, very little options at breakfast, had to ask for eggs, they’d say yes then just never being you anything, 3 of the same slices of cheese just cut into different shapes to make it look like a choice and stale and hard bread, awful service when trying to get anything achieved, accused of things that never happened then told there were cameras everywhere so we said to check them and then she piped down. Poor service

Our stay at this 4 stars hotel was so horribel and few words cant describe our awful experience with the hotel manager. She was on the warpath and hostile behaviour at the check-in. We had never ever meet this criticizable service in our many trips and stays in many hotels. We are in doubt that the manager knows which means with working in this service Industry. She should learn and adapt the customer first mind-set from the staff. They were so serviceminded and very accommodating. The manager treated and yelled us as childrens. The staff told us to ignored her as her threatening behaviour is attempt to get us uppset then she has a reason to kick us out. How can this kind of person qualified to be a manager for a 4 stars hotel? The owner should definitely fire her.!! The staff told us that there we are not the only one who get this very bad service and unprofessional behaviour from manager. Based on our scary experience we caution you not to book this hotel as long the manager still in charger for this hotel.!! You will with guarantee not get the full value for the high room-price

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen in der perfekten Unterkunft mit herzlichen und freundlichen Gastgeber. Egal ob mit Partner, in der Gruppe oder allein… Wünsche bleiben nicht offen. Tolle Zimmer mit Frühstück, Shuttle zur Bahn, was will das Skifahrerherz mehr. Wer im Gipfelherz wohnt, fühlt sich zu Hause. Wer 1x dort war kommt sicher gern wieder. Danke für alles. Der nächste Urlaub steht noch diese Saison an. Ich freu mich auf ganz bald.
