Homestay Legoland 8-10pax D’Pristine 07

Overall cleanliness can be much better. Mattress sheets, sofa beds looked not clean and have several stains. Towels does look clean too and when used, it does not absorb water. The master bedroom bathroom’s heater was spoilt. the side panel of the sofa bed dropped off and there are several sharp nails protruding so we cannot use it. We arrived ast 11pm so no choice we have to so with the apar**ent. Except for the nice colourful painting on the walls of the rooms, nothing was nice for this stay. We feedback this to Trip.com and was informed that the hotel does not want to do any refund at all. They are only willing to change room but we have already checked out in the morning so changing room did not work for us. Despite this, hotel does not want to bear any responsibility for all the bad condition and poor experience we had. Fortunately , Trip.com came to us and provided compensation on the hotel behalf. What Trip.com did not only reinforce its a responsible platform service provider, it also gave my great confidence to always book through them.

Check in time is at 4pm which is ridiculous, basically we have no time to rest . However the owner texted that it can be checked in earlier if cleaning is done early . But checked in time is still at 2pm plus. The apar**ent is clean . Come with 2 bedroom with only very basic amenities. Come with washing machines. Toilet door and bedroom door need some maintenance, extremely noisy when open and closed . Come with 2 bed and 2 single mattress and quilt. 2 single mattress and quilt is old and smelly without any quilt or mattress cover . Owner Should change a new one now . Very smelly and unhygienic. Come with a sofa bed which the mattress is so thin, you can feel the steel metal of the sofa bed while sitting. Is really impossible to sleep on the sofa bed . Owner should change all those basic amenities to an acceptable one. Need to park at level 5 which the carpark ram up to level 5 is extremely narrow and dirty . Really need good driving skill to drive up the car park . 2 abandoned building beside this apar**ent which make this building a bit creepy and eerie when at night or even daytime . Construction seems to have stopped for quite some time . This apar**ent is near Legoland with security guard at ground floor and level 5 .

8mins walk to Merdini Mall and legoland. Easy but super late check in time. The host is easy to deal with.

Firstly there’s a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom Secondly the aircon keeps turning off couldn’t had a good sleep as I couldn’t sleep without the aircon really bad many more small issues but this are the main issues

Never will I ever recommend this place.thr unit is run down. No heated water . The linen are dirty. The place smell moldy. Only consultation is walking distance to Legoland without much amenities around.

Had a wonderful time at legoland resort hotel! The proximity to the theme park is a major plus. Hotel room is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly! Would recommend everyone who wants to visit legoland theme park to stay at least a night! Tried the kingdom theme room this time round, will be back for another theme!

Not bad still okay

The apar**ent is made up of 2 apar**ents - a one br, and a two br, each with a living and kitchenette area. However the fridge and tv reside in the 2 br. The two sofa beds have very thin mattresses, and the air conditioning in the master of the 2 br does not work. The shower area in this room’s en-suite bathroom floods. Overall the air conditioning is not cool. The kitchen lacks any cook ware, microwave or toaster but there is enough table ware for very simple meals. Thankfully there is a kettle. This is good for 6 to 10 pax but only for a short stay, and keep your expectations low. For the price per night, you have to expect bare basics. What we loved: the seperate areas living areas and partitions, the sun rise in the morning, and lots of wardrobe space (although not needed). Location is great is you drive or take a grab. Walking to LEGOLAND is great but you might not want to do it with loads of bags and kids as there is no real pavement and doing it was tough for us. Save the effort and spend 10RM on a grab.
