Flats Company - Karakoy Apartment

In general it was a good one… easy to find and just opposite to Halıç metro station…if you need to take the tram or ferry, you can walk 5 mins to Karakoy. Staffs were helpful. But after some time they were not available… overall, it was more like Airbnb style than hotel… but all cool.

ガラタ塔、メトロHaliç駅、フェリーのカラキョイ駅、などアクセスが良く、しかし夜は静かでした。 トイレ、シャワーも問題なし。バスルーム、キッチンダイニング、ベッドルームと1人では勿体ないくらい広々としており、驚きました。コスパとても良いと思います。受付の方も親切でした。家族でまた利用したいです。

Отлично провели время!! В апартаментах тихо, что очень важно, все удобно для самостоятельного заезда! Квартира чистая, есть все необходимое для проживания. Нам было важно наличие плиты для приготовления еды, и было приятно обнаружить посуду в необходимом количестве. Очень приятное постельное белье ! Персонал позаботился и о таких мелочах как средства для мытья, от губки для посуды до тряпочки для стола ))), таких вещей всегда не хватает) , квартира находится в пеший доступности от всех достопримечательностей, рядом станция метро, рыбный рынок на набережной , под галатским мостом. Вокруг расположенно много строительных магазинчиков, но нам это никак не мешало! Начинали работать они где то с 8 .00 утра и часов до 18.00 . Мы спим с закрытыми окнами и кондиционером поэтому никакого шума с улиц не слышали.

Месторасположение отличное. Удобно добираться до любой точки. Метро, автобусы все рядом. Не нужно бродить по улицам, отель сразу находиться в пролете. Рядом очень вкусное кафе - под мостом. В номере чисто, все необходимое есть.

Location wise it's good. It's a walking distance from Halic metro (＜ 5 minutes) and Karakoy tramway (＜10 minutes). It's a quiet property since the apartment is located along the alleyway. Hence, it is easier to book uber/taxi pickup point along the main street instead of the alleyway. We booked the apartment with Terrace which is spacious for 3 people. Room design was simple, decor was nice. Room was clean and had sufficient utensil/equipment/portable induction cooker for cooking. Wifi is strong. There's a bidet spray for my fellow bidet users. As our room were at the highest floor 4th, The shower area was slightly short so a tall person might have to bend when showering. Also there's no elevator to the 4th level, we had to use the short stairs down to 3rd level to be able to access the elevator Property host were fluent in English and helpful. They helped to carry our luggages up to our room and allowed early check in, which was appreciated. They are easily contactable via whatsapp if you have any issues/queries.

thank you flat company - excuse the delay in putting the review online this was our third stay at the karakoy apartments we had book just as covid hit and kindly our lost booking was honoured in november this year 2022 the apartment are an economy stay they set in an area surround by hardware / builders stores that come alive early morning full of local bustle - with some small food shops and restaurants we have always felt safe journeying home in daylight and after dark they are local and within easy reach of so many places - galata - fatih - karakoy - two bridge over the bosphurous - endless backstreet shopping and eateries and bars - ferries to the islands - many of the famous tourist attractions - buses - trains - airport transfer plus plus there are a small amount of cooking utensils provided in each apartment it can be difficult to find alcohol (off licence) in some area so stock up if you see it - cork screw and bottle openers in rooms we have nothing be thanks to all the staff ( on each visit) for their kindness and their willingness to go the extra to help you enjoy your stay hope to be back soon there is so much to see and experience in istanbul again many thanks j and a

Номер чистый, недалеко от Босфора, кормят стандартно. Все первое необходимое есть. Для Стамбула хорошо. Недалеко от Галата башни. Правда были бы там в 2018 году. Возможно немного номера стали старее, но впечатления остались хорошие.
