We went to the spa with friends and the customer service was rude from the beginning. Spa was old and dirty. Way too many people to swim or enjoy the pools. Too loud for a spa, felt like being on a playground. The sauna was not working fully. Would not recommend the spa.

Fantastix experience overall. Highly recommended. Great food, people, atmosphere, location. The only downside are some construction flows. Shower could use a floor barrier to prevent water from flooding the entire bathroom when someone is taking a shower. Everything else is like in that dreem land. Enjoy

We found the kitchen very good with all the finish tableware and knifes. The location is great, as we could start with the skies in front of the appartment. Only the appliances where too loud (washer, dryer and dishwasher) which made us use them mostly when gone. A bit disappointing also the fact, that they asked 16 Euro for the Spa which is part of the hotel. 16 per person a day is simply not justified. Particularly not, when the spa is adverticed in the booklet in the appartment.

We spent 5 nights in the 2 beds Apartment (D8) as part of an RCI points exchange with Shell Vacation. The apt are quite dated (built in the '80s and not renovated at all. On the other side they are equipped with everything you need to spend a great winter holidays in Lapland. Sauna, hot tube, floor and electric heating, open fireplace, all bedroom are en suite (very small though), dish-washer, washing machine, patio with chairs. You need a car to enjoy the surroundings. Salla town is 10km away with plenty restaurants, supermarket and other attractions. Slopes, tourist info, bike, e-bike, cross country traiks are all 5 min drivining from the apartment. Plenty of activities to chose from and local Fins are extremely polite, welcoming and friendly.

We had a two-bedroom aparment in a two storey house next to the main hotel. It had pretty much everything an aparement needs to have, easily a place you could live in permanently. Building looked like new, everything was very clean and worked well. There was even a designated parking spot for everyone. Only downside was that ventilation carries voices from downstairs to your aparment, specially to kitchen/living room area. Not always funny to listen what your neighbors do. Can still recommend this place

Arrivi qui e la natura è stupefacente,se hai pianificato di stare quasi in Russia le tue aspettative le conosci. -25 costantemente. Questa struttura ha la zona office distante dalle abitazioni e non offre nessun servizio di accompagnamento e accoglienza almeno per portare i bagagli. Significa che te la fai a piedi valigie alla mano che n bambini fino ad n cima alla montagna e ritorno. Il ristorante dista 800mt e te la fai a piedi a colazione e a cena. Per il resto il luogo offre escursioni che non riguardano questa struttura,ma è in zona ristorante. Direi che sei in automobile ok altrimenti non ci venire se non sei un podista o hai bambini. Piste poche piccole tra nere e rosse tutte ghiacciate,pochi sciatori…e lo credo bene.

Sehr coole und günstige Apartments in perfekter Lage! Wir waren hier 5 Nächte über Silvester und haben insgesamt nur 150 Euro pro Person für die Superior Apartments bezahlt. Es gab eine vollausgestattete Küche und Bad mit Sauna. Skihang direkt nebenan und der Salla Wilderness Park ist nur 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Spa des Hotels haben wir auch getestet, war schön, aber das Wasser könnte etwas wärmer sein.

Wir waren zum 3.Mal in der Anlage. Leider diesmal nicht Haus 14 oder 15 mit großen Fenstern und schöner Aussicht sondern Haus 3C. Sehr viel Trubel, d.h. viele Kinder, viele Hunde, viele laute Schneescooter. Es gab einen kleinen Kamin und soviel Holz, wie man wollte - bei minus 28 Grad ein Vergnügen! Das Haus sollte angeblich für 6 Personen sein, kam uns jedoch von Größe und Ausstattung klein vor.Die Schlittentouren mit Rentieren oder Huskies hatten preislich sehr angezogen!
