spent one night here. quite great, comfortable & spacious room. but i need to wait for more than 30 mins to check in. overall good

Le Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à environ 3 minutes à pied du centre commercial Kota Casablanca. La décoration et l'aménagement de l'hôtel étaient impressionnants. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel était courtois et sympathique. Cela nous a très bien accueillis. Le petit-déjeuner était immense et la nourriture était délicieuse. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné avait des problèmes de climatisation et les techniciens n'étaient pas en mesure de résoudre ce problème. On m'a proposé d'être transféré dans une autre chambre au même étage - c'était une offre équitable. Si je retourne à Jakarta, j'ai hâte d'y retourner !

We went to Jimbaran Barbeque Buffet in this hotel (every Friday night). Food - all seafood is fresh. Have to try their Jimbaran rice! Ambience - It was on their pool area and accompanied by live music since beginning of buffet at 1800. Great way to have dinner Staff - friendly and helpful. Esp Deni and Satria have been very responsive to inform us on the seafood availability and clear our table every now and then. Overall great experience that you need to try!

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel environ 5 fois ou plus, mon tarif serait de 8,5/10 compte tenu du prix, de l'emplacement, des installations et de l'hospitalité du personnel. C'était la première fois que j'avais une chambre avec une porte communicante. Je n’ai pas aimé quand j’ai découvert que la porte n’était pas verrouillée, même si elle ne pouvait pas être ouverte depuis une autre pièce. La chambre était impeccable la plupart du temps. Ensuite, j'ai été un peu déçu lorsque j'ai trouvé un petit insecte sur le tapis.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. A lot of choice

Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel et le personnel était serviable, bon choix au petit-déjeuner et excellente bière pression froide au bar. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes partis, nous avons demandé à l'hôtel de réserver un taxi pour nous rendre au terminal ferroviaire à grande vitesse de Halim. Lorsque le taxi est arrivé, j'ai demandé au portier de confirmer au chauffeur où nous allions. Mais le chauffeur nous a emmenés à l'aéroport de Halim et non à la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse et est parti avant que nous nous en rendions compte. Nous avons ensuite dû prendre un autre taxi jusqu'à la gare, ce qui a pris 15 minutes et coûtait le même prix que le taxi de l'hôtel. Nous étions frustrés. Un peu plus d'attention à la demande et à la transmission cela nous aurait évité du stress et des dépenses. Sinon bon séjour.

Le Millennium est un hôtel résolument de haut niveau, qui se distingue par son excellent service et la qualité des chambres (mobilier, lits confortables, salle de bain). Sans aucun doute j'y retournerais !

Il est très bienvenu et gentil, surtout M. Fakri ou Fikri, mais il est si gentil. Les aéroports sont très bien situés dans les environs de la ville, mais ils sont très bien situés dans les environs de la ville. Le restaurant est très confortable et vous pouvez vous amuser à l' avenir de la maison.

Bel hôtel économique avec un lit propre et confortable. La taille de la chambre est correcte, pas aussi grande que celle montrée sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas mal. Pour les articles de toilette, ils fournissent uniquement un ensemble de brosses à dents, des serviettes et du gel douche dans la salle de bain. Vous pourriez avoir un problème pour charger vos appareils, il est donc préférable d’avoir une fiche adaptée à la prise électrique, c’est une fiche à broches rondes. Ils ne fournissent pas de bouteilles d’eau mais disposent de plusieurs distributeurs d’eau que vous pouvez remplir de bouteilles d’eau. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et c'était vraiment sympa.
