L'hôtel est relativement récent, les chambres sont très grandes, et il est facile de prendre un taxi. C'est très bien. Il y a un centre commercial sur le côté droit de la réception. La nourriture au restaurant en face des magasins le centre commercial est très délicieux.

Amazing hotel. Room was huge with a great view and fast internet. Breakfast was also amazing and the staff was incredible. The pool is also great if there is no rain.

It has always been my first choice of hotel whenever I stay in Jakarta. Still the same friendly staffs. Room is spacious and clean. Good spread of breakfast.

They upgraded us to a suite which was really kind of them. The service was spectacular from the moment you enter the hotel. You are greeted by the staff and they are ever ready to help you. The breakfast had a pretty decent spread with great variety. The location was great but the mall connected to it did not have many stores open, not sure if its new and still opening. The room was huge and really clean. However, not sure if it was just my room but from time to time there would be this drainage smell which does go away after awhile. The tv service provider had issues therefore, there were times where the tv was not working. They were apologetic about it. Other than the minor incidents, I really enjoyed my stay here. If i were to come to jakarta again, this hotel would still be my pick.

Location is very convenience for those who wants to explore Chinatown, also to ise bus as public transport. Easy access.

The room we got is spacious with a massive bed. Three people can easily fit on the bed without feeling squished.
We really enjoyed the food, though an extension to the menu would elevate the restaurant experience. There wasn’t much variety. The cocktails are an absolute disaster… tried the Long Island and Margarita, on separate occasions and they tasted the same😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Shoutout to Jimmy for making sure we were fed and satisfied during breakfast time. ❤️
The swimming pool is clean, not very big or deep. Best time for a swim is early morning or midday( no one wants to be in the pool in the scorching sun). Other times the pool area is normally crowded.
The staff is super helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
