Le Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à environ 3 minutes à pied du centre commercial Kota Casablanca.
La décoration et l'aménagement de l'hôtel étaient impressionnants. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel était courtois et sympathique. Cela nous a très bien accueillis.
Le petit-déjeuner était immense et la nourriture était délicieuse.
La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné avait des problèmes de climatisation et les techniciens n'étaient pas en mesure de résoudre ce problème. On m'a proposé d'être transféré dans une autre chambre au même étage - c'était une offre équitable.
Si je retourne à Jakarta, j'ai hâte d'y retourner !

We went to Jimbaran Barbeque Buffet in this hotel (every Friday night). Food - all seafood is fresh. Have to try their Jimbaran rice! Ambience - It was on their pool area and accompanied by live music since beginning of buffet at 1800. Great way to have dinner Staff - friendly and helpful. Esp Deni and Satria have been very responsive to inform us on the seafood availability and clear our table every now and then. Overall great experience that you need to try!

C'est très bien. Je reste ici chaque fois que je vais à Jakarta pour affaires. Je bois un bol de soupe aux os de bœuf en bas tous les jours, j'ajoute une bouteille de bière et je monte dormir ivre.
Sans parler du petit-déjeuner, les offres standard de Hilton ne vous décevront jamais, avec des spécialités locales, du thé chinois du matin, des nouilles, des nouilles et des plats occidentaux tous disponibles.

Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke)
Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!)
Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there
Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use)

Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel et le personnel était serviable, bon choix au petit-déjeuner et excellente bière pression froide au bar. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes partis, nous avons demandé à l'hôtel de réserver un taxi pour nous rendre au terminal ferroviaire à grande vitesse de Halim. Lorsque le taxi est arrivé, j'ai demandé au portier de confirmer au chauffeur où nous allions. Mais le chauffeur nous a emmenés à l'aéroport de Halim et non à la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse et est parti avant que nous nous en rendions compte. Nous avons ensuite dû prendre un autre taxi jusqu'à la gare, ce qui a pris 15 minutes et coûtait le même prix que le taxi de l'hôtel. Nous étions frustrés. Un peu plus d'attention à la demande et à la transmission cela nous aurait évité du stress et des dépenses. Sinon bon séjour.

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.

Bel hôtel économique avec un lit propre et confortable. La taille de la chambre est correcte, pas aussi grande que celle montrée sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas mal. Pour les articles de toilette, ils fournissent uniquement un ensemble de brosses à dents, des serviettes et du gel douche dans la salle de bain. Vous pourriez avoir un problème pour charger vos appareils, il est donc préférable d’avoir une fiche adaptée à la prise électrique, c’est une fiche à broches rondes. Ils ne fournissent pas de bouteilles d’eau mais disposent de plusieurs distributeurs d’eau que vous pouvez remplir de bouteilles d’eau. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et c'était vraiment sympa.

L'hôtel est situé à 30 minutes de route de l'aéroport et traverse le parc Kalijodo. Il y a beaucoup de personnes à entrer dans l'hôtel et il est encombré, donc si vous venez d'une autre région de Jakarta, vous devez gérer votre temps. Si vous avez besoin de nourrir des mosquées, la nourriture fournie ici est un problème majeur, car beaucoup de restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel ne sont pas des restaurants de mosquées. La taille de la chambre est pas mauvaise, et la chambre d'hôtel offre un réfrigérateur et un coffre-fort. Je n'aime pas les fenêtres de l'hôtel parce qu'elles sont très sales et qu'elles ne semblent pas être nettoyées depuis des années. Le distributeur de savon dans la chambre est vide. Le petit-déjeuner est commun et le goût n'est pas spécial. Il est facile de trouver un taxi devant l'hôtel. Le mini-marché est près de l'hôtel, à 10 heures.

MMTse1070Great hotel to stay, will consider staying here again in the future. Services are great, stayed for 2 weeks including breakfast, the ladies during the breakfast are always cheerful and greet with everyone with great smile every morning. Breakfast menu is good, they have both western and Indonesian breakfast menu. The sate maringi was good, location is great except that there is the metro railway construction in front of the hotel, otherwise it could be a great place as it is within walking distance to Pancoran and Mangga Besar.

This is my first time trying Pan Pacific, and it was a terrible experience.
I have always been a fan of Pan Pacific and Parkroyal hotels. In fact, a few days ago, I was at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur, and the experience was awesome. But at this Pan Pacific, the service was terribly slow. I asked a simple question about their food, but they only returned my call after two hours! Luckily, Plaza Indonesia is nearby, so I could book some food.
The food at the club is for those who are tired of 'Indonesia.' It's too westernized. There should be more options.
As for the room, I am deeply disappointed as their TV couldn't connect with my phone, so there wasn't much entertainment. I called twice to ask, but they were unsure about it and didn't bother to come to the room to check. I went down to the counter and told them I was going out and wanted the TV fixed when I returned. Unfortunately, it was still the same. I ended up watching from my iPad. Even the radio/speaker wasn't working.
Additionally, I was promised a free gift but couldn't figure out what it was.
Then again, they just opened, so I can't blame them entirely. I just think they're not ready yet for customers.
To be fair, some areas they did well:
- The shower experience was really good.
- I requested a birthday setup, and they were able to cater with banners and a cake, nicely presented.
- Club facilities such as gym, swimming and steam room were great as well
I wanted to return to Pan Pacific tomorrow but had to cancel the plan. I hope Parkroyal Service Suites will be better tomorrow.

IInvitéService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours.
Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs.
The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement.
I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed.
Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish.
A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am.
I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program).
Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality.
But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

IInvitéNous avons visité cet hôtel il y a 2 semaines, le réceptionniste nous a saluté avec un sourire, le processus de réservation ne prend que quelques minutes, il y a un lobby confortable pour attendre et une très large piscine. Nous avons réservé une suite parce qu'elle est la plus grande chambre pour nous prendre une photo de maternité et il y a un bain avec une vue de la ville de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est bon et surtout indonésien traditionnel, vous devriez essayer leur porridge. Kit dentaire utilisant de grande qualité avec la paste dentaire marque. Checkout processus très rapide et après cela nous allons passer bar avec 3 minutes de marche. Nous vous remercions en particulier pour vos services amis, et nous reviendrons si vous avez une chance.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby exuded an elegant ambiance with its modern decor and tasteful furnishings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the moment I stepped foot inside.
The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine during my stay. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers due to its proximity to the business district, but it's also well-suited for leisure travelers looking to explore Jakarta. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, offering convenience and a taste of the city's vibrant culture.
If I were to offer one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally experienced minor disruptions during my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.
In conclusion, my stay at Aston Priority Simatupang was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stylish accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location made it an excellent choice for my visit to Jakarta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in the city.

BBrianHotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze.
Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours.
Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks.
Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom.
The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care.
I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself.
Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered.
I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it.
I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on.
Won't be staying there again
Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

CCynAvertissement! Les locaux ont trois ascenseurs de logement et un ascenseur de service pour le personnel. Seul un des trois ascenseurs de logement fonctionne. Un ascenseur peut accueillir 11 personnes. Pas d'aircondition à l'intérieur du ascenseur! Le ascenseur de personnel passera au niveau. Si vous avez de la chance et l'ascenseur du personnel se démarre à votre niveau juste sauter dans même si vous montez.
C'est un bon endroit.

HHYUNCHANLe centre commercial Manggdua Square Mall était un peu plus petit que son lieu de naissance, mais il n'y avait rien à l'intérieur.
Pour ceux qui font un tour de ville, nous recommandons de séjourner à proximité d’un hôtel près de Grand Mall ou Square Mall.
