The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. C'est très bien. Je reste ici chaque fois que je vais à Jakarta pour affaires. Je bois un bol de soupe aux os de bœuf en bas tous les jours, j'ajoute une bouteille de bière et je monte dormir ivre. Sans parler du petit-déjeuner, les offres standard de Hilton ne vous décevront jamais, avec des spécialités locales, du thé chinois du matin, des nouilles, des nouilles et des plats occidentaux tous disponibles.

Très satisfait, la prochaine fois, je continuerai à rester à l'hôtel, c'est qu'il y a une église en dehors de la fenêtre. Parfois, la nuit sera très chaude, il y aura aussi un bruit le matin, l'isolement n'est pas très bon, le score est

Après l'enregistrement, il y a eu un problème avec la carte. Si vous saviez déjà qu'il y avait un problème, vous n'auriez pas dû le donner au client. Après avoir appelé la réceptionniste, il a fallu environ 20 à 30 minutes d'attente pour que l'agent vienne changer la carte, car l'ascenseur était plein. Même si la distance est différente, je suis monté à l'étage pendant environ 10 minutes et l'ascenseur n'était pas plein... cela a pris du temps et cela m'a endommagé les yeux. Les toilettes semblent fuir, l'eau de la chasse continue de couler. donc l'eau est un peu bruyante. Les murs de la pièce ressemblent à des traces sales comme ça, Masaiya nous l'a donné. Déjà la porte de la pièce vacille, les murs de la pièce ont des problèmes, l'eau de chasse ne semble pas s'éteindre complètement. La distance jusqu'à MOI à pied s'avère être assez... je pensais que c'était proche, merci de passer par Lottemart car ça ne joue pas. plus; Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, le pain est délicieux mais le beurre devrait être le point d'ancrage, hier ce n'était pas délicieux. zonk, du pain délicieux s'il vous plaît. le climatiseur de la chambre est agréable et froid, tous les articles de toilette sont complets. Il n'y a pas qu'un seul ascenseur, donc lorsque vous vérifiez la masse, il y en a un autre. Le processus de paiement est également très rapide au moment du paiement.

Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Front Desk and Hotel Staff are all very friendly. Deva and Teguh were particularly friendly and acommodating. My trip fell on birthday, and they planned a surprise birthday cake and song at my doorstep. It was a very heart warming experience. I will definitely go there again!

Il est très bienvenu et gentil, surtout M. Fakri ou Fikri, mais il est si gentil. Les aéroports sont très bien situés dans les environs de la ville, mais ils sont très bien situés dans les environs de la ville. Le restaurant est très confortable et vous pouvez vous amuser à l' avenir de la maison.

De nombreux restaurants et vendeurs de nourriture sont à proximité de l'hôtel. Le mini-marché est également à quelques pas. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique, il y a une piscine, les chambres sont également équipées de commodités. Il y a une baignoire, un chauffe-eau, etc.

Bel hôtel économique avec un lit propre et confortable. La taille de la chambre est correcte, pas aussi grande que celle montrée sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas mal. Pour les articles de toilette, ils fournissent uniquement un ensemble de brosses à dents, des serviettes et du gel douche dans la salle de bain. Vous pourriez avoir un problème pour charger vos appareils, il est donc préférable d’avoir une fiche adaptée à la prise électrique, c’est une fiche à broches rondes. Ils ne fournissent pas de bouteilles d’eau mais disposent de plusieurs distributeurs d’eau que vous pouvez remplir de bouteilles d’eau. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et c'était vraiment sympa.
