Rosewood Jeddah

We attended New Years Eve party at the Rosewood Hotel, having only booked the day before the staff were incredible helpful in ensuring we had a table for the NYE dinner. The service was good and the food was excellent. They tried really hard to ensure everyone had a good time - which we did. The roof lounge offers great views of the Cornish. thank you

Here is a summary of my two night stay, based on a maximum score of 10” Bed comfort 10. Nice mattress, high grade sheets Room Lighting 6. Awful master control panel by the bed, with the screen so badly lit, you cannot see the options A/C: 7 It can bet very cold, but the problem is that there is no actual temperature setting. Just low, medium, high TV Channels 10 Many languages, many programs Shower 2. The shower handle does not fit the holder. You have to hold it the whole time or if you manage to jam in the holder, it will spray the walls. Also, the shower door would not close fully. Toiletries 6 The content of the items are good. However, everything is in tubes, like toothpaste, and difficult to use. Also, most hotels have by now switched to large dispensers to avoid plastic waste, but not in this property. Breakfast 7 Modest selection. Not really like a five star hotel buffet. The express was good, but I think the machine is on a different level and it takes them a good while to bring it. There are no small spoons for the yogurt containers or for boiled egg on the counter. You have to ask for them Location: 8 On the sea, with partial sea views. Nothing walkable in the neighborhood other than a ***** mall with 5-6 coffee shops. There is also a Starbucks across the street. Outlets & Charging 7 Very odd that some outlets were Europe standard, while others were UK standard. No USB ports anywhere Welcome Fruit basket 10 Nice variety of fresh fruits. If you have stayed other Rosewood hotels, you will note that this one does not live up to the standard. Soon there will be Raffles next door. When it opens, I would give that one a try.

The food is sumptous, we had a great dinner celebrating our 1st anniversary, they prepared our table in very elegant way!!! I would like to say thank you to our very friendly server mirhama and to all of the staff they are very welcoming.

All the staff were polite and their warm welcome make our dinner great and the food is amazing. The variety of food was excellent (International Buffet, Italian, Seafood👍😊👍 I will always select this Hotel for any vacation in the future. For sure, any birthday, anniversary or any fruitful occasion will be celebrated in this restaurants. Good staff. The room was very nice , everything was perfect, Birthday occasion was amazing, Thank you all We would realy recommend this hotel Thanks to reception staff and butlers So kind and friendly Location is good ,too close to aquarium.

Rodrick, Islam, Merham and Noura are the staff who made a surprising party for me and my wife when they knew that we came for having dinner in our 10th anniversary They made our day Thanks a lot 🙏

This is the best Restaurant, more than excellent service and unparallel experience which is thanks to Mr Roderick, Ms Merham, Mr. islam, Sharyhar and Mr Magdy, this is highly recommended and Believe it or not this Hotel and Restaurant more than deserved to be 6 star hotel, we cannot compare how remarkable the great happy expeirences they gave it is Highly priceless Great job and thank you so much More power and God bless We will support always -Mr Arthur Santos and Jun Ocsio from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

If you want to feel like you are a teenager again , go get a massage from Mr. Jun Jun. the best !!!! Totally worth the experience..P S ..,When he works on your feet, it’s worth the pain … Chris L Chicago
