Avis : Raon Hotel & Resort

Old hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.

It takes 30 minutes to walk to the beach.

A golf resort basically which is quiet. Drive 5min to beaches and cafes/eateries/restaurant. Tip: Hotel Sand has great breakfast overseeing the beautiful beach!

My stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I found stains on the carpet, sheets, duvet cover, and the bathroom could have used a thorough scrubbing. The service, unfortunately, was just average. While the staff was polite, they seemed disinterested in going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. It was an underwhelming experience overall, and I expected better for the price I paid.

Very cute and fun. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room service was great and the taxis could get every where from the hotel

Actually it’s a very good hotel compared to its price, although there was literally no service.

제주3박4일 일정으로 한곳에서 처음 머무르는데 가격도 넘 좋았고! 위치도 좋아서 아부 만족스러웠어요! 오래된 호텔이라도 맘에 들었습니다!! 이곳 저곳 가기도 편했네요!! 이번 제주여행 만족입니다!

직원분들 왕 친절하세요 일단 외관이 너무 근사해서 잡은 숙소인데.. 너무 오래돼서 그런건지는 몰라도 청결하지는 않은듯 해서 맨발로는 못 다니겠고.. 베란다?테라스는 절대 못 나갔네요 싸게 잡은 숙소라 큰 기대는 안 했지만 가족끼리 간 숙소인데 화장실이 반투명..? 이라서 화장실 불도 안 켜고 씻었어요 비칠까봐 ㅠㅠ 화장실 문도 안 잠기고; 샤워기 고정하는건 고장나서 씻다가 샤워기로 여러번 뚜들겨 맞았네요 그리고 방이 너무 습해요 진짜로... 냉방,난방만 가능하게 되어 있어서 제습 기능도 못했고 테라스 ㄷ..ㅓ러워서 창도 못 열었다는... 아 뷰는 좋으세요..

공항셔틀도 있고 숙소랑 위치 모두 좋았어여!!! 다음에도 또 이용할거같아요 협재바다 가깝고 너무좋아요

작년여름에두 여기갔었는데 이번엔 친구들4명이라왔네요 다들 너무좋다구 담에오면 꼭 여기숙소루정한다구 난리네요 조식이 오픈되어서 더좋았어용 여름에는안했었거든요 최고예요 번창하세요

해수욕장에서는 차를 가지고 가야하지만 앞의숙소들이 너무비싸고 펜션은 청소해야 하는 강박이 여행에서는 싫어서 예약했는데 해수욕장 이용하고 유료샤워장 이용하고 가면되니 괜찮았어요. 저렴한 가격에 적당한 룸 컨디션이에여 편의점은 오후 10시까지라 미리 필요한거 사셔야해욤

이 가격에 이만한 방 크기, 시설 없어요.. 가성비 짱입니다! 깨끗한 편이고 조식도 투숙객은 12000원인데 구성이 먹을만 해요! 다만 헬스장이나 사우나 같은 시설이 8시반에 끝나서 더 오래 해줬으면 좋겠어요.. 제주 서쪽이라 성산 같은 곳 갈땐 멀긴하지만 제주 시내나 서귀포는 갈만해요! 이번에 두번째 방문인데 제주도 또 오면 저는 재방문 할겁니다.. 주위에도 추천할거예요
