Clean business hotel at great location (next to Metro station), and there is a laundry facility.

Good location. It’s very Near metro station line 2. Near the pedestrian street, very well accessible to shopping and food area. No lack of good food. Hotel is clean and Amenities are well rounded.

This is one of the very few hotels which I ever encountered in Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. What really impressed us is the quality and friendly staff that are always willing to help you with anything. It makes us feel the staying in Wuhan a memorable experience

Their washing machine messed up our clothes!!! We set it as “low water temperature” and “low heat dry” but the machines still heat up the clothes to the max where it got too hot to touch at the end. As a result, our clothes shrunk and were severely damaged to a point that we are unable to wear them anymore. We spoke with the front desk about it and they said that the machines will heat it up to the max regardless of what settings you select, while not offering any sympathy nor solution. This experience poorly reflects the hotel’s customer service and amenities.

Strongly recommend this hotel the room is cosy and staffs are friendly and attentive who provide superb service ! Special compliment to one of the frontliner by the name of 安牧 . Besides, the location of this hotel is strategic close to the pedestrian street with lots of good foods and shopping complex!

Room was spacious and very clean. Staffs were all so helpful and friendly. Located at the heart of the city, one street down from Jianghan pedestrian street. Restaurants right around the hotel, with local food carts late at night.

Impeccable service. The staff are always looking enthusiastic regardless the timing( I checked in past midnight). They even provided a complimentary late check out which is 5 hours more than the usual timing. Location is fantastic as it is in the right smack of popular Jianghan Pedestrian street. Macdonald’s just next door and food streets everyone. Great place to stay.
