Great price for value! Nice and spacious rooms with complimentary water everywhere in the hotel. Good location and the Korean street with big choice for restaurants. Small gym and laundry with ironing available. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful!

친절하다는 글이 많아서 기대하고 갔는데, 아마도 매니저로 보이는 나이 좀 있으신 여자분?을 제외하고는 단 한명도 안친절해요. 그 여자분은 친절하셨음!! 체크인할때도 저녁 무료 국수설명이나 조식설명이나 아무 설명 없었음. 그냥 무표정으로 방키만 주고 끝남. 아침에 조식도 커피머신이 안돼서 식당 직원한테 물어보니, 카운터 직원한테 물어보라함. 카운터 직원한테 물어보니 식당 직원한테 물어보라함ㅋㅋ 서로한테 물어보라함.. 결론은 매니저가 해야된다함ㅎ 근데 매니저가 없어서 그런가 커피머신 작동 안됐음.. 우리가 3번을 물어봤는데 세번다 직원들은 우리한테 아무런 안내도 안해줌.. 매니저가 있다, 없다 이런 설명도 안해줌. 매니저말고 다른 직원들은 아무일도 모르고 서비스도 모르는듯 .. 그리고 음식 다 맛있게 먹는 편인데 조식도 진짜 맛없어서 깜짝 놀람..
방 컨디션은 좋고 근처에 식당도 많아서 좋음.
근데 서비스 점수 0점
친절한 매니저 한명 때문에 2점 드림..

在貴店入住沒有二十次也有十多次了 始終覺得無論環境衞生服務都沒得説 2013.1.4凌晨入住 進門洗手枱下方有水滑倒 從進門到出門十分鐘都不到 酒店工作人員告訴我先自行墊付醫葯費 留好清單 日後保險公司會報銷 額頭縫了10針 共花費不到1000元 從把材料提交到給出報銷明細過去了20多天後 工作人員聯繫我説共賠付274.45元 我差你那274塊錢？我不是不講理的人 滑倒了留疤了我自認倒黴 一共花了不到1000的醫葯費 沒讓你額外賠償吧？我哪裡做錯了？你拿274塊錢來膈應我？給酒店總經理打電話 出現問題不是積極想辦法解決而是推三阻四 所有的事情都往保險公司身上推 這種不負責任的態度屬實讓人心寒 酒店老闆有這麼個極品店總真是交運了 我一定會花費遠超醫葯費的物力人力財力來維護我的權利 走着瞧
