Aerotel Airport Hotel (Qingdao Jiaodong International Airoprt)

Very very near airport! Room and toilet is very very clean! The staffs are very friendly and helpful too! Will definitely stay here again if i come back Qingdao!

The signs leading to the hotel from the airport were not clear, and they did not provide the name in Chinese so that the Chinese information counters did not know what hotel was it..Eventually found that all the airport hotels were clustered together. The access level entry point was not clear as only 1 small side glass door was opened. However, registration was quick and access to room was very easy from the lobby. The room was very clean and neat. Pretty decent size for the price I paid. They had all the amenity packages for a traveller. HVAC was decent and not noisy. Sound proofing was also good as we could not hear any of the airplanes flying over us..

I saw some bad reviews as the solo room doesn't have a bathroom, the shared bathroom was clean and easily accessed. For one night waiting for a morning flight it was great! The soundproofing is not the greatest, and some customers were noisy taking their leave, but I think it's more of a they problem than a problem with the facility itself.

The capsule accommodation that I saw is a joke. Aerotel is relatively closer to the Airport Terminal than the other two (more expensive) airport hotels, shorter walking distance. Room is 18-25m² but well equipped. Great place to sleepover before my 4.25am check-in for my 7.25am flight. Strongly recommended for all sleepovers.

Rooms are decent with individual own shower. Only bad thing is the soundproofing of the rooms

I basically feel scammed. This hotel is horrible if you book 'solo' room. How on earth is it possible for a 3 star hotel to have rooms with no shower, toilet and windows. How is that even legal? I learned my lesson for sure. Drfinitely ALWAYS read the fine print when booking. I would just skip this hotel all together and go to Barony which is also located at the Qingdao airport. The room is so small that if you leave your open suitcase on the floor you basically have no where to stand and can barely open the doors. The AC is loud and unbearable but if you turn it off the room turn into an oven in 5 minutes. AC controls are on the ceiling! If you are not tall enough you need to climb on the chair to turn it on/off. The flashlight that is next to the bed doesn't work and you have to get upto turn the light off. The room is claustrophobic, coffin sized nightmare. I would have rather slept on the bench at the the airport. You can only use a public restroom on the 3rd floor (with only two toilet booths) and there is no bathroom with shower(public or otherwise). There was no information on trip booking page about lack of basic bathroom facilities and the room on the booking page has windows. And I was charged 300 yuan for it. I have stayed at 100 yuan hostels that have better facilities. And finally they have told me that I am not entitled to a breakfast even though it was included in my booking. Only after showing them trip's booking reference in phone that they gave a breakfast voucher. A total joke and a scam.

Very convenient hotel at Qingdao airport . Very comfortable bed with waterfall shower and additional bath items that made the visit agreeable and worthwhile for a return visit . Only problem was lack of directions on booking site . No one knew where hotel was when we arrived at just after midnight . Took taxi that drove around the block and dropped us at wrong hotel .In morning was able to track how convenient location of hotel is . The best way is to follow VIP HOTEL signs to hotel from arrival hall .

Such a convenient airport hotel! Price was very reasonable too (it costed the same as the capsule hotel inside the airport for a double room). I'd stay there again if I had a sleepover até Qingdao airport again.
