康養中心在龍馬湖裡麪，景色環境沒得説。酒店大堂和整體裝修風格都富麗堂皇，有五星的範。但是短板也確實是評不上五星的，員工培訓這一塊差的太多。既然想做康養，那最起碼的員工專業素養要超過一般酒店的水平，甚至懂一些常用設備器械輪椅，懂一些急救知識。 結果一般酒店的都不如，禮賓引導不主動幫拿行李。電梯碰到個顧客推着長者的輪椅，服務人員居然不幫推，也不引導進房間，更別提什麼房間裏的貼心服務了…説是康養中心，根本沒有一點康養的精髓！早餐廳接待能力存疑，我們住的親子房確實不貴 800 多，吃早餐一個寶寶椅拿不來！最後問了才知道那一個早餐廳就一個寶寶椅…搞笑了簡直。入住時候幫忙拼床的一男一女兩位工人員挺好的，超預期把床拼好，櫃子也放在邊上不容易磕到的位置。其他的加強培訓吧…人工相當於軟件配備，培訓跟不上就整體掉分。
