西雙版納的第一站我們選擇了喜來登酒店，總結一句就是驚喜和滿意。酒店的活動很豐富，上午可以打電話預約喂孔雀，草坪上陪孩子們踢踢球，天氣熱了泳池裡游泳，下午可以室內小童樂園，酒店大堂還有清涼解暑的香茅茶。晚上的篝火晚會氣氛熱烈，大家都隨着音樂歡快的舞動着。最讓我們感動的是酒店前台Lynn崔顥齡，幾乎我們提的所有要求她都儘量滿足，孩子因為蚊蟲叮咬手臂紅腫很嚴重，Lynn及時找到消腫的葯物幫助處理，還特意送了一瓶到房間，晚上電話詢問有沒有好轉，喜來登酒店每天的入住率很高，但她還會無微不至的照顧到住客的需求，真是要給一個大大的贊👍酒店的每一位員工的服務熱情讓我們入住的兩天一直是愉悦的心情，期待下次的版納之行，一定首選喜來登酒店！

始終是國際五星級酒店，衞生、硬件都不錯。前台的小孔美女人好又熱心，全程在線。給小朋友送了公仔，還幫申請延遲退房，十分感謝🙏説一下不足，吃早餐的時候去一樓説人太多了，讓去行政酒廊用餐。行政酒廊用餐環境很好，但是菜品太少了，煎蛋酸奶玩了以後沒有及時添加。煮的麪和米線不太好吃，導致早餐也沒吃飽😐希望有改進，下次還會再來

商務出行來到版納,買了喜來登三天的住房套餐。酒店綠化做的不錯,管家wendy給了很多服務支持。給我一些出行建議,並幫我找到了綠植的苗圃。下次來版納還會選擇這裏。

靠近機場附近很大很美的一家酒店。這次和朋友一起住了幾天，首先謝謝Lynn崔顥齡的熱情接待，不管是前期住店的詢問和要求還是入住後的需求，都迅速且熱情的處理，讓我們感覺非常好，心情從諮詢開始就很美麗。其次，酒店的所有工作人員態度都很好，有問必答有應必求，環境也很棒，還有各種遊玩設施，温泉游泳場小朋友玩樂基地健身房，還有婚慶草坪等，逛都要花不少時間了。早餐挺豐富的，味道也不錯，服務很好，每天都去吃頓舒適的早餐開啟一天快樂旅程。房間很大，乾濕分離，有個很大的洗漱化粧台，雙床1.37睡着舒服，還有個躺椅挺方便，陽台很大可以讓你舒服滴坐在陽台欣賞風景。整體的體驗感非常棒，下次再去西雙版納繼續住這

Overall a great experience. Nice pool area, great room, close to the airport (which is mostly no problem at all, 2-3 planes a day), 30 min to the night market. Unfortunately the third restaurant (Thai) was closed without any notice. The pool staff has not said anything when the people were spitting all over the pool…

Although surroundings are still developing and not all amenities were free, such as snooker and table tennis, it’s a great hotel, I had an enjoyable time staying at this hotel, highly recommended. Celebrated my birthday there and was surprised by both the red wine and birthday cake! Lynn had been fantastic, looking after us throughout the stay, can’t ask for more. The room was spacious, clean and services were excellent as expected from Sheraton. Will definitely visit again!

The Sheraton is about ten minutes away from the airport, so arriving is very comfortable. As with other hotels. the attractions and city are all a drive away.
The hotel and room were extremely comfortable. The pool is nice and the club lounge is open from 12 with snacks, drinks and a good dinner with alcohol.
Breakfast is excellent and I would particularly like to thank Brion for his care and attention; Sheraton should be proud of such a great member of the team.
As a foreigner, travelling in china, this hotel was excellent for English-speaking staff!
We would definitely return.
