good location for food and night market, but not good for parking. it's quite difficult for you to get out of the public underground parking lot. they offer washing machine and dryer, which are good for traveling. room is big with a balcony. the room price in peak season doesn't match the room quality.

酒店地理位置很好，剛到酒店門口 就有小姐姐來幫忙提行李 被她們的服務暖到了 安排的房間也很滿意 能看到外面的景色 周邊交通方便，距離星光夜市才幾百米很近 走路過去就可以到達了 一路上有很多特色的水果 和小吃 酒店的早餐7.00就可以過去了 早餐品種豐富 我就很喜歡 他們家這個米線 特別好吃 今天退房了 前台的小姐姐還給我們送了伴手禮 太感謝了 下次還會選擇這裏的

來版納過潑水節，酒店位置在告莊，出行方便。出門有吃有喝，距離星光夜市步行十分鐘。潑水節這幾天就別想着坐車了，騎電驢都費勁，走路都打擠，39度的高温炫了兩瓶藿香正氣液，走了一萬八千步。但是值得，體驗感很好。價格雖然有點上漲，也在接受範圍內。有停車場，停車方便。前台妹妹態度真的好，送了手機防水袋。今早退房的時候還送了伴手禮。有機會還會來入住❤

服務非常滿意 前台熱情 感覺很親切 入住給我們送了果盤 房間床也很舒適 軟硬適中 ，酒店還有洗衣房 前台小姐姐還幫忙排隊洗 第二天去拿 整齊的放在洗衣房裡麪 服務沒得説 出門首選 特別喜歡

這次去版納選擇了告莊的漢庭酒店，還是不錯的，酒店設施齊全，客房乾淨整潔，每天晚上配有水果，周邊交通便利，步行去星光夜市也很近，前台客服熱情周到，能夠充分為顧客着想，早餐種類也比較豐富，免費的地下停車場離酒店幾十米也很方便。

房間還可以，到底是漢庭連鎖酒店，管理能力很好，前台小姐們温柔體貼，免費停車場太低，我們的車不能停，前台小美女讓我們停收費停車場，可以報銷費用，非常感謝，酒店離告莊很近，拐彎就到，離星光夜市也近，後來去江邊夜市，步行回酒店也還可以，而且也不吵，唯一就是房間缺了漢庭標準的小沙發，椅子衹有一把，後來自己車上拿了一個椅子解決問題、特別感謝前台美女們接待能力很強，讓我們很滿意

工作人員服務特別好，入住送了入住果盤，還向我們介紹了周邊的美食跟遊玩的地方，這裏離星光夜市特別的近，走幾分鐘就到了，路上有很多特色的建築 拍照很出片 真的是太好看啦，退房還給我們送了小禮品 真的是很貼心
