This is four stars hotel but the service is more than five stars. I am fully satisfied with everything in the hotel.

Great place, stayed here on my birthday. The location and room are great, tge stuff is also very nice and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is to change coffee. Cause it's a western style hotel, and as a foreigner and coffee lover I find it important to have a good coffee for breakfast.

Good basic accomodation for a couple of nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast that caters well to a variety of nationalities. The room I had smelt of stale cigarette smoke and the walls were quite dirty.

Great place! Personnel were very kind and receptive, breakfast was very nice every single day, great laundry service and amenities. Definitely I would stay again there and so I recommend the hotel for anyone who needs a place I. Jinhua or nearby. 5 stars.

Wonderful service! My Chinese is OK but Xiao Li and team made sure everything went smoothly and helped me get a phone charger in no time at all when I needed one.

Stayed at this hotel a few times and I have to say it is a good choice if you stay in Jinhua. It is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The check in is fairly quick and the breakfast is ok but chinese style.

I always find this place clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also great. It’s a walking distance from the supermarket and the room is quite nice and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel. 👍👍

Room was not clean. Carpets look like they’ve not been cleaned in god knows how long. Overall there were stains almost everywhere. I wonder how it got the name 4 seasons. Won’t recommend. Oh and before I forget. No disposable slippers, it’s shared slippers. I guess each guests uses the same slippers in the room. Looks so old and not very hygienic, if you book, definitely go there with your own slippers
