Hotel is very clean and service is great. Breakfast is fresh and food quality and variety is good. Fitness room has everything you need for a little exercise while traveling.

This is a nice normal 3 star city hotel. No dinner or lunch restaurant. Breakfast semi continental. Good coffee, bad artificial juice, no tomatoes, sausages awfull, bacon artificial.

Good and clean room, but breakfast is mostly Chinese food and nobody speak English, for hotel chain by Hilton i think not enough

這家的希爾頓歡朋酒店前台服務好，小鄭和小張非常熱情，而且還送我們小禮物，心情好美呀，酒店周邊環境挺好的，吃飯的超市啊什麼都有。出行也很方便，有免費停車，客房服務也特別熱情衞生很乾凈房間很寬敞，早餐還是像58一位，的比蘇州的希爾頓歡朋會好一些，早餐服務員也很熱情，在這家住着很舒心，下次來濟寧還會選擇他們家，總體服務真的不錯，軟硬件都挺好，有冰箱冰箱裏贈送飲料，純凈水提供無限量，有洗衣房還有免費提供的充電線各個方面想的都特別周的，還有免費贈送的水果自己選和小零食就在前台自助形式，早餐現磨咖啡請來比較多！

住過全國各地很多希爾頓歡朋酒店，尤其是在北方的店，這家酒店做得非常細緻，很多歡朋酒店都不一定能做到， 前台大廳晚上擺了好多水果供客人自取，茶水飲料更不用説了。 整體服務非常棒，在自助洗衣房，還發現房務中心的姐姐幫客人洗衣服，這服務太超值了，正常是客人自己過來洗， 早餐很豐盛，中西餐搭配合理！

建議在樓下安排酒店工作人員做引導，總是在6樓前台很不習慣，接待客户以為在六樓住，結果還沒辦理房間，所有，即然改變不了硬件設施，就要多從軟件上升級，人性化服務，還有那個健身房是幹嘛用的也沒人説

因要在濟寧玩幾天就在攜程上看貴酒店評價特別好，因以前也住過這個品牌酒店所以就訂了三天，果然太贊太讚了，一到酒店門口保安就笑臉相迎為我們停好了車，到了前台服務員美玲，碩碩，小王就熱情招待了我們，和我們問寒問暖，端茶提行李，房間超大乾淨舒適整潔温馨，晚上還給我們送來歡迎水果，樓層服務員王鳳又貼心的給我們送來了幾瓶純凈水，無論是外出還是回去，酒店門口，樓層都有帥哥美女服務員的笑臉相迎，早餐太棒了，品種多又特別精緻，特別是餐廳服務員各個都面帶微笑真的讓我們感到很温暖貼心親切，三天的感覺就是貴酒店服務太讚了讓我們如同到家一樣温暖踏實，品牌酒店值得入住，值得推薦！酒店周邊特別繁華有超市，小吃，海洋館，總之就是贊贊贊👍離開酒店還送了貼心的小禮物！謝謝！
