Near to the city, good location,  But all around is under construction and not easy to find the gate, but if don’t mind this, it’s good to stay :)  nice service :)

I checked out the reviews online and the majority were satisfied with the facilities provided. So i have chosen this hotel for my biz trip to SG and ended up with quite an unpleasant experience with this hotel, rooms smelly, cleanliness must be improved. The moment i stepped in the room I knew I was not going to come to this hotel again..everything just below average, not recommended

The cleanliness could be improved. The room felt a bit dusty and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I’d hoped. It’s not terrible, but don’t expect a spotless environment. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're just looking for a place to sleep and want to save money. Just be aware that it’s not the cleanest place around. With a little more attention to hygiene, it could be a much better stay.

Nice hotel and good service,very near to CIQ, walk in 10-15min from CIQ (custom)to hotel,nearby Komtar JBCC shopping

The location is very convenient. 4min walk from Komtar and City Square Mall. Near the immigration. Walking distance to many cafes and eating places including the famous Jalan Dhoby and Tan Hiok Nee.

Cleanliness is good, but there are mosquitoes, the color matching in the room is not good, and there is construction next to the hotel, making it inconvenient to enter and exit.

For a budget hotel, Kingston offers a decent value. The room was small but clean, and the hotel location is quiet near to the Komtar shopping centre but theres constructions going on outside of the hotel. Perfect for a short stay if you're not looking for luxury but need something affordable😄

Arrived when typo address error, then computer check in crashed so no room assigned. Left in a limbo.

Room is spacious. Bed is soft and comfortable. However, bathroom floor needs a serious cleaning. It is obviously dirty and feels very sticky.

Very decent well renovated hotel walking distance fro lm Singapore Causeway immigration centre, will be back.

Room is generally clean, but currently quite noisy mainly due to construction work is ongoing in front of the hotel and especially at times when work last until late night.

Location very strategic and near with JB CIQ centre. Can walk around 5 minutes. Staff very friendly. We asked them if we can put our luggage even after we have check out, they said can. Very helpful! Also the space of room is so spacious for two people.
