Hotel was booked with good promotion rate from
Trip. However the hotel is showing signs of aging including stained bed sheets. Hotel has tried its best to improve in room experience. However it is still sub par to newer hotels unless they willing to undergo renovation. Ground manager
(Lady) service attitude is bad even I mentioned have told the hotel of my special request. However it was ignored. Not the kind of service that I am expecting since I am a regular patron at this hotel.

First time staying at this hotel. Location is near to the ksl, with many food options around. Breakfast is a good spread and love the great view.

Good location next to KSL Mall & less than 15 mins from CIQ by car. Room is spacious & clean. But poor sound proof from next room. The guests came back late at night & could hear their loud chatting & laughter. Served a varieties of food for breakfast & taste was average.

Have always booked holiday villa for short escapades, great location, right next to KSL. While it’s not a new hotel, the facilities and amenities are reasonably clean and good. The location is unbeatable for the price. Breakfast has a good spread and a great view

front desk staff wasnt welcoming, pulled a long face, seems impatient
requested through another staff for late check out 1 hour, reply was straight No, not apologise and followed by reply.

Generally ok, room and shower area quite huge. Bed is comfortable. However, the fridge wasn't working.

Location is good as it is near KSL mall. Service was quite good too. Cleanliness will need improvement as the bedsheet was dirty when I was about to sleep on the bed and saw the blood stain on it when I lifted up the comforter. Noticed layer of dust on the table and things in the room. Food and variety were quite ok. Went during non-peak period so a lot of seats during buffet breakfast & no one else in the pool and gym. Good thing is we had the whole pool to ourselves & there was staff around in case we need help. Overall, quite a good place except for the cleanliness level. Love the many eateries and also Thai massage parlour located at the hotel itself. Definitely a big plus.
